Study On The Development Of Compulsory Education In Rural Areas Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a major plan to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and opened a new chapter in the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",which is of epoch-making milestone significance.The level of receiving education is closely related to the future development of people and society.Compulsory education is the cornerstone of the whole education building,and the rural population accounts for 50.32%of the national population.Therefore,the rural compulsory education is the top priority of education.From the current situation of the development of rural compulsory education and the requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy for rural compulsory education,the current situation of rural compulsory education in China is difficult to meet the requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Therefore,how to improve the level of rural compulsory education,to meet the requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy is particularly necessary.Based on this,this paper takes J City as the research object,through the investigation of the current situation of rural compulsory education development,summarizes the existing problems,and obtains the countermeasures to promote the development of rural compulsory education.So as to deepen the reform of rural compulsory education,promote the healthy development of rural compulsory education,and provide support for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The main conclusions are as follows:First of all,by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,the problems in the development of rural compulsory education in J city are concluded,including:the experiment,books and information technology education equipment can not meet the teaching needs,the phenomenon of students' loss and large class type is prominent,the problem of teachers' team construction is prominent,and the flow of rural teachers is more frequent.The main reasons for the problems of rural compulsory education in J city include:the relatively backward development of rural economy leads to insufficient investment,the backward understanding of the importance of education by the family,society and individual concept,the lack of targeted orientation of rural compulsory education,resulting in the lack of attraction and the insufficient implementation of teacher mobility policy.Finally,based on the feasibility analysis of the policies and conditions,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of rural compulsory education in J city from the aspects of improving the understanding of the importance of rural compulsory education,increasing the financial investment in rural compulsory education and building a high-quality contingent of rural compulsory education teachers.
