Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Hefei City

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC,it was pointed out that building a powerful education country is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is essencial that we should put education in the first place,accelerate the modernination of education and ensure that people are satisfied with education.Because the competition among countries in modern international society is,in the final analysis,the competition for talents.In addition,education is indispensable to the cultivation of hi-tech talents with innovative ability in the new era.The compulsory education stage has laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of talents.With the increasing improvement of Chinese citizens' living standards,the unbalanced development of compulsory education and the demand of people's quality education have produced irreconcilable contradictions.Therefore,promoting the balanced development of compulsory education has become the consensus of domestic education circles.In recent years,under the guidance of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Hefei municipal government has conscientiously carried out various national educational policies,striving for the construction of a fair and quality compulsory education system,and promoting Hefei's education to the international stage.Based on the analysis of the balanced development of compulsory education in Hefei,this paper summarizes the achievements of the reform and development of compulsory education in Hefei in recent years,and reflects on the experience and lessons in the process of development to explore the way to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in Hefei.The compulsory education of Hefei city has been seen by the government.It has made great progress in making policies and measures,increasing financial investment in education,building professional teachers' team,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and innovating quality education.In the light of the existing problems in the compulsory education of Hefei,five suggestions are put forward,including the increase of the financial input and the strengthening of the regulation,the reduction of the gap between the urban and rural areas and the rational allocation of resources,the construction of the professional teachers,the positive attention to the special groups and the reform of evaluation method and mechanism of education and teaching,expecting to promote the balanced development of the compulsory education to a higher level in Hefei.
