Language and culture go hand in hand,and Chinese as a foreign language is inseparable from culture teaching.Under the global "Chinese craze",more and more tcfl teachers are going to teach Chinese all over the world,following the general policy of "Cultural Confidence",and shouldering the responsibility of spreading Chinese culture.As a teacher of Chinese as a foreign language,we should always realize that the ultimate goal of Chinese as a foreign language is not only the Chinese language itself,but also the cultivation of Chinese cultural identity for Chinese learners.Therefore,it is necessary to incorporate Chinese culture teaching into Chinese language teaching.With the innovation of Science and technology,more and more Chinese pop culture has entered the world's sight through the Internet,so we can not easily ignore the influence of pop culture in the public.In the traditional tcsl classes,tcsl teachers often paid attention to the intentional teaching of high culture,such as Chinese calligraphy,Guzheng,landscape painting,etc.,however,the teaching of the elements of high culture is often accompanied by problems such as high requirements on the audience's knowledge level and the unprofessional nature of Chinese teachers,we need to look for fresh cultural elements in the introduction of classroom cultural elements to meet the needs of students.Based on my own teaching experience at the NawaminthachinuthitBodindecha School in Bangkok,Thailand,this article finds that students at the School are highly receptive to Chinese Internet pop culture phenomena,such as Douyin short videos,King of glory hand tours,and online movies and TV shows,has taken over a wide swath of students' daily lives.This phenomenon let me see pop culture elements into the feasibility of TCFL classroom.On the basis of previous studies,this paper first sorts out the popular culture phenomenon in Thai campus,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the elements of popular culture and high culture in classroom practice.Secondly,by using questionnaire and observation,this paper sums up the influence of various Internet pop culture phenomena on students' different Chinese acquisition abilities.In addition,the teaching practice method is used to introduce network pop culture phenomena such as King Glory,shaking sound,Film and Television works into the practice of Chinese as a foreign language classroom and extracurricular teaching,and to sum up the core connotation of the humanism phenomenon.Finally,the evaluation and thinking of the whole teaching practice activities,affirm the applicability of the introduction of Network pop culture in Chinese as a foreign language,and at the same time find teaching problems,timely reflection,solution.In the hope of contributing to the cause of Chinese as a foreign language and opening up a new perspective for cultural teaching.
