With the increasing number of high school fine art students,more and more high schools open fine art classes.L high school implements joint teaching for the specialty of fine art specialty students.Joint teaching is an in-depth teaching cooperation between fine art training institutions(Studios)outside the school and school fine art.It can fully combine the resources of social education system and school education system,which is conducive to the mutual coordination and complementary advantages of resources between various systems.It is not only conducive to the orderly and coordinated teaching of fine art specialty High efficient development also creates an innovative environment for the cultivation of art professionals.This paper takes l high school in Luanchuan County as an example,using questionnaire and interview.Taking 81 fine art specialty students under the joint teaching of our school randomly selected as the survey objects,the questionnaire aims at seven dimensions of class arrangement,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,current situation of professional teachers,teaching management and teaching effect,focusing on understanding the basic situation and joint teaching effect of fine art specialty students in our school;through questionnaire and interview,sorting out and analyzing the l-high The main problems of Chinese fine art teaching are divided into three aspects: at the school level,the school does not pay enough attention to the joint teaching of high school fine art students;at the teacher level,the professional ability of l high school fine art teachers is weak under the joint teaching;at the joint teaching level,the efficiency of joint teaching is low.According to the theory of coordination,the relevant countermeasures are put forward.First of all,at the school level,the school formulates corresponding rules and regulations;the school strengthens the construction of high-level teachers.Secondly,at the teacher level,we should establish the concept of lifelong learning and team consciousness,improve professional teaching quality,carry out fine art teaching research and exchange,and promote professional growth.Finally,at the level of joint teaching,we should change the teaching concept,make standardized joint teaching plan,enrich the content of joint teaching,and adopt diversified teaching methods.
