The Cheerleading Dance of the movement,from the United States to China,in a few short years,more and more widely recognized by the society,Cheerleading Dance for the Cheerleading of a branch,through rich form of expression,the cheerful music rhythm,and the characteristics of easy to learn was deeply loved by students.There are various forms of Cheerleading Dance,including jazz,hip-hop,folk dance and free dance.The elementary school campus trying to dance operation as the characteristics of teaching,in the Cheerleading Dance in the learning process,with the constant improvement of the physical quality,continuous improvement of the body shape,gradually skilled techniques,the release of the student personal charm,to get confidence gradually enhanced.In recent years,with the rapid development of society,the increasingly changes of modern life,the society all sorts of undesirable phenomenon also in affecting the elementary student's behavior and psychological,on the one hand,now elementary student's study pressure,girls in primary schools of this stage,the heart is exquisite,and are not good at expressing thoughts,at the same time,weak ability to under pressure relative to the boys,so in life and study on the psychological pressure will be bigger,on the other hand,parents of elementary school girls psychological and behavioral problems have not been sufficient attention,and children can't very good communication,lack of effective psychological supervision and guidance,the primary school girl's body and mind the pressure couldn't be released?Therefore,this study mainly discusses the Cheerleading Dance exercise influence on elementary school girl's physical,psychological,for Cheerleading Dance into the elementary school campus,to dance,the features of teaching to provide theoretical support and scientific basis,enrich the school dance,the study of the theory of the operation,will help Cheerleading Dance better in elementary school campus and popularity.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The experimental subjects were 60 girls in The da du kou primary school.Through the experiment of subjects before and after eight physical index test and elementary school students mental health evaluation table of eight factor test,the income data before and after the experiment using Microsoft and SPSS22.0 software for storage,processing and analysis.The main results are as follows:1.The training of the Cheerleading Dance has certain control effect on the weight of the girls in primary school,and the influence on height is not obvious.2.The training of the Cheerleading Dance had certain effect on the cardiopulmonary function of primary school girls,and the heart rate and lung capacity index increased significantly after the training,but the difference is not significant.3.The training of Cheerleading Dance makes the waist and abdomen strength,flexibility and agility of girls in primary school improve and the effect is obvious.The second is speed quality and endurance quality.4.The effect of Cheerleading Dance on the mental health of girls in primary school was significantly affected by emotional disorder,personality disorder,social adjustment disorder and behavioral disorder.the influence of the mood disorder and social adaptability obstacle has very significant difference;However,the effects of the four psychological factors,such as learning disability,bad habit,character defect and special disorder,were not obvious.
