Technical education is an important part of China's vocational education.For a long time,technician-training schools such as technical schools and technician colleges have trained a large number of skilled talents for China.At present,China's economic development has reached a critical period of transformation.On the one hand,a large number of skilled talents are needed to provide technical support for industrial structure upgrade and the latest scientific research results are converted into actual productivity.On the other hand,with the expansion of colleges and universities and the rise of higher vocational colleges,the competition among graduates from various colleges for employment is becoming increasingly fierce.This has also made the employment of technical institutes students gradually become a hot issue that has attracted the attention of the society.As the main manifestation of technical education,the sustainable development of technical institutes is largely dependent on the employment status of students.As employment is the biggest livelihood,the employment problem of technical institutes students not only affects students and their families,but also affects the development of the country's technical economy and social stability.In order to improve technical education and technical institutes,enable technical talents to serve the society better,and contribute to the building of a harmonious society,the author believes that research on the employment issues of technical institutes students will expose graduates' employment dilemma and propose practical and effective solutions,which carries theoretical and practical significance.In order to highlight the research of technical institutes in vocational education,this paper defines the concepts of vocational colleges,technical institutes,and technical education,sorts out the characteristics and historical evolution of technical institutes,and focuses on the research on employment-related issues of technical institutes students.By referring to relevant literature and combining with the author's practical work over the years,this paper takes the students,graduates,and teachers of Linyi Technical institutes as the main research group,and also extensively surveys other educators and related employers.Basing on this,I continued to sort out and summarize,systematically analyzed the employment status of students in technical institutes and the outstanding problems in employment,and proposed corresponding solutions.In the research process,this paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to gather information.In addition to the introduction,the full text is also divided into the following four major parts:The first part introduces the related concepts,characteristics and history of the technical institutes;the second part uses a combination of questionnaire survey and interview to analyze and summarize the overall employment situation of technical institutes students;the third part combines the survey results,from the current overall social employment atmosphere,j ob market,technical institutes and technical institutes students themselves to summarize the main problems existing in job-seeking;the fourth part is based on the results and problems of the survey and research,and analyzes how the government and technical institutes solve the employment problems.
