Study On Countermeasures And Employment Circumstances Of The Graduates From Tibet Vocational And Technical College

As social competition intensified and talents market saturated,employment issue has become the most direct,realistic,and urgent problem in building a harmonious society.How to get the job and get jobs in which industry is not only the fundamental issue in people's livelihood,but also the basic and prerequisite for building a harmonious society.Dealing employment issue properly can promote the construction of the harmonious society,ensure the stability of the overall social development,and promise people's family income growing steadily.How to help college graduates with job offers is the urgent problem to be solved in our country's education.Although the vocational education laid the foundation for China's economic construction and improve the pace of the socialist modernization of the country,people's livelihood has been solved to a great extent.But in these years,the policy of continuous expansion in Chinese universities has resulted in severe graduates unemployment.Whether Vocational college graduates can successfully get ideal job has become the focus of the whole society.Tibet's vocational education still lags behind many other areas in China,and it is still at a lower level of vocational education development.Particularly,in the Tibetan pastoral areas,backward vocational education can not meet the long-term stability of the Tibetan society and the stable and sustainable development of the economy.The unemployment problem is becoming more and more concerned in Tibetan vocational schools.The main focuses are the low employment rate and the professional counterparts.Based on the analysis of the employment situation in recent years of the graduates from Tibet and Vocational Technical College,we find out the main causes of the declining of employment rate.There are many misunderstandings and prejudices about the vocational education of the Tibetan people.The education foundations of most Tibetan vocational students are extremely poor.Some graduates haven't got enough professional skills when they graduate.There is a lack of comprehensive vocational education in some vocational schools.Some management layers of vocational schools have unrealistic ideas on educational philosophy,education oriental,training programs and so on.This paper proposes some targeted ways,paths and suggestions on how to solve the above problems.It points out that vocational graduates should constantly study professional knowledge and improve their professional ability in order to lay a solid professional foundation for future.And they should also change their employment concept and hold optimistic attitude.This paper emphasizes that to improve the employment rate of Tibet Vocational and Technical College,we must understand the concept of vocational education deeply,carry out the national vocational education policy thoroughly,make full play of the preferential policies and support from the government,and deepen the reform of vocational teaching and learning.Only in this way,it will be possible to ensure and enhance the employment rate of Tibet and Vocational Technical College.
