Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Enrolling Students In Ruzhou Vocational And Technical College

The development of vocational education in China can be traced back to the founding period of the People’s Republic of China.The development process of vocational education has undergone several changes,from low-key exploration in the initial stage to leap-forward development today.After continuous reform and innovation,it finally walks out of the development direction suitable for China’s national conditions.Especially in recent years,the development of vocational education ushered in a more brilliant opportunity.However,with the rapid development of higher vocational education,it is also faced with many problems,the first of which is the increasing difficulty of enrollment and the increasing pressure of survival.This article selects the ruzhou vocational and technical college as the research object,as a county-level city,ruzhou superior geographical location is not outstanding,but in recent years the ruzhou’s rapid economic development,the need for more labor and professional and technical personnel,and the relative,ruzhou in vocational education development and economic development can’t match,which is the unique one in ruzhou vocational colleges,Ruzhou Vocational and Technical College bears the task of training and exporting local talents,but it has fallen into the situation of enrollment difficulties,which seriously affects the progress of vocational education in Ruzhou and,to a large extent,hinders the formation of a larger and better scale of labor force.Regional factors to some extent aggravated the difficulty of the development of Ruzhou Vocational and Technical College,especially in the issue of enrollment,increasingly difficult,into a great dilemma.The source of students is the fundamental matter for the survival of every school,is the foundation for the sustainable development of the school,if there is no place in the source of students competition,the school will not be able to long-term development.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the recruitment dilemma of Ruzhou Vocational and Technical College,analyze its causes and find out the corresponding countermeasures to support the long-term development of the school.Based on the dilemma analysis of the recruitment of Ruzhou Vocational and Technical College,and combining with the local actual situation,this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions,which can promote the development of local vocational education to a certain extent,and also provide reference for the development of vocational colleges in other regions.
