With the deepening and development of the new curriculum reform,the implementation of the subject core literacy has become the focus of basic education and teaching.The development of the chemistry core literacy is a gradual process,and the achievement of its goals is often across class hours,even across semesters,across the school year,which puts forward the transformation requirements for the traditional classroom.Unit teaching design pays attention to the relationship between class hours,constructs the knowledge content structured,and provides an effective path for the classroom reform based on the development of students' core literacy.From the point of view of teachers,this study focuses on the core literacy of chemistry subject,and aims to construct a unit teaching design that can effectively improve the teaching quality and promote the development of students' literacy level.Using literature analysis,interview investigation,experimental comparison and other research methods to investigate the current situation of chemistry unit teaching design,it is found that the existing high school chemistry unit teaching design pays more attention to the achievement of knowledge goals,although it has some attention to the development of students' core literacy,but because of the problems of teaching methods or mode selection,the achievement of core literacy is insufficient.And the unit teaching design based on the PDCA cycle method is systematic and operable,which can pay attention to the students' learning situation in real time,control the teaching quality of the classroom,and effectively carry out the cultivation of the core accomplishment.Under the guidance of system theory,constructivism theory and proximal development area theory,combined with the advantages and characteristics of PDCA cycle method and unit teaching,this study constructs a unit teaching design step based on traditional unit teaching design.The concrete steps of this design include four stages : " making plans,setting goals —— implementing and adjusting teaching activities —— checking teaching quality —— evaluating feedback,improving innovation ".According to this step,case design and practical effect analysis are carried out.By means of practical feedback and analysis,it is found that the PDCA cycle method provides a complete set of operation steps for unit teaching design,which can effectively construct unit teaching design adapted to dynamic teaching practice.At the same time,it can promote the professional development of teachers.It is helpful to enhance students' interest in learning chemistry,arouse students' autonomy in learning,promote the effective transformation of students' learning style,improve students' ability to solve practical problems,and develop students' core accomplishment of chemistry subject.For this study,the unit teaching design based on PDCA cycle method has only carried on the concrete practice test in the conceptual theory class curriculum,and the applicability in other types of chemistry courses needs to be further studied and considered in practice.
