| The quality development is to enterprises what educational quality is to the survival and development of vocational education.The teaching requirements is difficult to be reached in the current quality of training courses for tourism majors in secondary vocational vocational schools,and students’ skills are generally not improved.There is still a phenomenon of supply and demand mismatch between the professional competence requirements of graduates trained in vocational tourism majors and the talents required by the society.This article mainly explores the way how apply the PDCA cycle theory to the teaching of the catering service and management training course in secondary vocational schools,and whether it can supervise the teaching quality of this training course and improve its quality.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Collect and review the literature on the application of PDCA cycle in teaching and training courses,find the current research gaps,and propose apply the PDCA cycle theory to the training courses of tourism majors in secondary vocational schools.The purpose is to improve the practice of the training courses of tourism majors.2.Investigate the current situation of teachers’ teaching and student’s learning in the training courses of "Catering Service and Management" in many secondary vocational schools,and analyze the data of the teaching design of the training courses from the perspective of teachers and students.3.Based on the PDCA cycle theory to construct the teaching design of the secondary vocational "catering service and management" training courses,including three parts.The first stage is to design the teaching plan stage(P)of this course,including the training task context,training task objectives,settings Monitor the points,preparing the training environment,and then compiling the teaching plan.The second stage,the contents of the teaching operation and inspection stages(D,C)are designed,mainly including the design and implementation of monitoring methods,and the application of analysis tools.The last stage is the teaching summary processing stage(A),which requires practical training task actions,after-training tasks,and after-training teaching adjustments.4.Based on the PDCA cycle theory,to design a teaching design case for the training course of "Restaurant Service and Management",select the knowledge points of "Western Food Setting",and design the "Western Food Setting" training course,which mainly includes "Western Food Setting" "Course teaching plan stage(P),"Western food set-up" course teaching operation,inspection stage(D,C),and"Western food set-up" course teaching processing stage(A).Based on the PDCA cycle theory,the article aims to construct the training course teaching of "Catering Service and Management" in secondary vocational schools,putting forward suggestions for the optimization of tourism professional training teaching,striving to explore new paths,and providing reference for the training and teaching of secondary vocational tourism professional,to provides more practical paths for profession talent training to cultivate high-skilled and high-quality tourism talents.However,whether this research can play a role in monitoring the quality of training courses and improving the quality of talent training still needs more practical training and teaching practices to verify. |
