| Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China had been held,improving teaching practice ability has become the focus of the connotative development of normal education.“The opinions of comprehensive improvement of talents' ability training and construction of top-level undergraduate education by China's Ministry of Education” was required to build the practical education mechanism to improve students' comprehensive quality.Therefore,based on core competence,teaching practice ability has been key measure in pre-service teachers cultivation of Normal University.However,Normal University have no awareness in what the core competence development of pre-service teachers,and what is not changed that focusing on theory rather than practical teaching,which has seriously hindered the pre-service teachers development,even hindered the reform of pre-service education.In order to improve teaching practice ability and promote the cultivation of the core competence of pre-service teachers.This research uses some methods as literature research method,video observation and questionnaire survey to explore the representative: “H” normal university pre-service teachers' teaching practice ability.At first,it makes the questionnaire through literature research method.Then,it can be obtained six dimensions by exploratory factor analysis about questionnaire and are named as: Teaching basic cognition and skills,education understanding and guidance ability,teacher competencies understanding ability,basic teaching ability,teaching practice application ability,application of teaching method ability.After that,it uses two data deal methods as independent-samples T test and one-way ANOVA to study what is differences between the six abilities and demographic variables.At last,it analyzes video observation to supple the result.This research found “H” normal university has three aspects troubles: Firstly,it is clear that pre-service teachers' teaching practice ability have remarkable differences in sexual,grade,major,teaching intention,choice reason of major.Secondly,the more pre-service teachers aware the importance of core competence,the more their teaching practice ability better.Finally,pre-service teachers' basic knowledge and skills,professional cognition,and teaching practice are weak.It is necessary to adopt measures like that consolidating the knowledge base,enhancing professional cognition,and strengthening teaching practice to promote the practical teaching ability of pre-service teachers. |
