At the beginning of 2018,the ministry of education announced that the revision of curriculum standards for all disciplines in the new curriculum program for ordinary senior high schools has been completed and approved by the national textbook committee,and will be implemented in the autumn of 2018.With the promulgation and implementation of a new round of curriculum standards for ordinary senior high schools,according to the proposal of Chinese students’ core literacy,it indicates that teachers should change from the "knowledge-centered" discipline teaching to the discipline education with "core literacy" as the core.Government in Liaoning province is due to the fall of 2019 began to implement the new curriculum standard,it puts forward new requirements to the teachers ability of development,the core competence of teachers is the fundamental guarantee to cultivate students core literacy,therefore,curriculum standard implementation in Liaoning province transition stage,research on the core competence of the physical education teachers and put forward optimization measures,to achieve the aim of the new curriculum standard has very realistic significance,and to improve the core competence of physical education teachers in real work provides practical reference.In this study,the core competence of physical education teachers in ordinary high schools in Shenyang was taken as the main research object,and questionnaire survey and other research methods were used to investigate and study the current situation of core competence of physical education teachers in ordinary high schools in Shenyang,so as to understand the current situation and existing problems,and put forward relevant Suggestions for existing problems.After research,this paper comes to the following conclusions:1.The general structure of physical education teachers in senior high schools in Shenyang is reasonable;And physical education teachers have strong ideological and moral education ability;The physical education ability is good on the whole.But in the amateur training ability,the organization management ability these two aspects good needs to consummate and the enhancement.2.Factors affecting the ability improvement of physical education teachers in ordinary senior high schools in Shenyang are listed in the top three: limited school conditions;Heavy work tasks;The training effect is not ideal.The next order is: leaders do not support;Personal economic conditions are limited and there are no regulations from higher authorities;Lack of personal knowledge;The housework is heavy.3.The top three ways to improve the ability of physical education teachers in Shenyang ordinary high schools are: teaching observation;training and further study;peer exchange;followed by: network inquiry;teaching and research activities;expert lectures;reading professional books and periodicals and teaching reflection;teachers and apprentices help;academic qualifications improvement;teaching competitions.
