Research On The Optimization Of Teaching Environment In The Construction Of The First-class Specialty Of Physical Education In Henan Province

In the background of "first-class major" and "double ten thousand plan" and other major construction in Colleges and universities,how to better carry out physical education teaching has become the focus of attention in the sports field.As an indispensable part of the teaching process,the physical education teaching environment has aroused great concern.In order to further optimize the first-class professional construction of physical education in Henan Province,the teaching environment of colleges and universities and accelerate the construction of first-class specialty are the starting point and end point of the research.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates the current situation and existing problems of the education environment in five colleges and universities selected by the Ministry of education and Henan Provincial Department of education as the survey objects:(1)The construction of the first-class specialty of physical education in Henan Province can basically meet the normal daily teaching,but the teaching hardware facilities still need to be strengthened.All the venues and venues planning is not reasonable,which restricts the development of college physical education teaching environment.The maintenance and update of relevant venues and facilities are not timely,and the aging phenomenon of existing professional equipment in most schools is serious.Supporting services are not fully up-to-date,and teachers and students are not satisfied with the sports facilities.(2)The assessment and employment mechanism of teachers needs to be optimized.Due to the unbalanced age structure of teachers,the pressure from administrative positions and scientific research is relatively large,so they can not concentrate on teaching.The mechanism of talent introduction in Colleges and universities needs to be improved,including the requirements for papers and the optimization of evaluation and appointment methods of professional titles(positions).(3)Regional climate has a certain impact on the normal implementation and smooth development of physical education.Henan Province natural conditions,the impact of college physical education can not be underestimated,summer and winter,extremely high temperature and air humidity on the implementation and development of school physical education are a kind of obstacles.Due to the restriction of natural environment,it restricts the implementation and development of teaching,has a great impact on students' psychological and physiological changes,and has a certain impact on the normal teaching system.Optimization strategy:(1)In the construction of the school,the government gives more space for the independent development of the school,and provides as many policies and conditions as possible for support;on the basis of the existing sports facilities,the government should give full play to the characteristics and rules of sports teaching,find out the characteristics and laws of sports events,appropriately adjust the teaching plan,and increase the utilization rate of venues;according to the overall layout of the school,plan the dormitory,dormitory,and other sports facilities Teachers,venues three-dimensional space layout,humanized construction site.(2)On the basis of the existing sports facilities,we need to arrange the teaching plan reasonably according to the characteristics and laws of sports events,so that each sports field can give full play to the utilization rate.Teachers should also timely adjust the teaching content and course mode according to the weather conditions(3)Teachers should be aware of the current social development trend and employment prospects,at the same time,give teachers more self space,exchange and study with high-level institutions,especially for grass-roots teachers;strengthen the introduction of young professional teachers,especially the reform of the existing talent recruitment system.(4)From the perspective of joint training,colleges and universities in Henan Province should take root in the local,integrate resources,optimize the allocation,and use their resources through cooperation with some universities directly under the central government;encourage the deep integration of schools and local enterprises,closely follow the local social trends,regional economic development and talent demand direction,create more vocational tutors,and drive students to carry out faster Identity change.Suggestions:(1)Sports facilities as the basis for the normal development of physical education,to play its security effect,should be based on their own conditions,outdoor venues for reconstruction,expansion,and appropriate increase in the construction of indoor stadiums;the use of green vegetation to improve the campus ecological environment,and regular inspection and maintenance of teaching equipment.(2)In order to strengthen foreign exchange,we should put the introduction of young professional teachers and the appointment of young talents as the first priority.We should reform the existing talent recruitment system.For some teachers with excellent professional skills and rich experience in competition,we can appropriately relax the access index.(3)According to the characteristics of the regional environment in Henan Province,the conventional teaching mode should be appropriately changed.According to the characteristics of the weather changes,the physical education teaching in summer and winter in Henan Province should be different from that in spring and autumn,and should reflect the seasonality and follow the scientific and reasonable principles.(4)Schools should refine the role of scientific research papers in the evaluation and appointment of different posts according to the characteristics of Posts and disciplines,and focus on the actual level of teachers and the matching degree of their posts.In the performance and Employment Evaluation of the University,we should improve the academic peer evaluation system,guide scholars to abide by academic ethics when participating,provide professional evaluation opinions for the evaluation group with a responsible attitude,and abide by the principle of avoiding experts from stakeholders.
