The early mathematical ability of children is of great value to the development of children,There are many factors that affect the development of children's mathematical ability.As an important person in the process of children's growth,preschool teachers' educational beliefs and behaviors have an important impact on the development of children's mathematical ability;and as another important place for children to learn and live,the quality of activities provided by kindergarten is also an important factor affecting the development of children's mathematical ability.In order to explore the influence of preschool teachers' mathematical teaching beliefs and the quality of kindergarten mathematical center activities on children's mathematical ability,the development level of 120 children's mathematical ability,their teachers' mathematical teaching beliefs and the quality of mathematical center activities in their classes in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Zhumadian of Henan Province was investigated by the Questionnaire of Mathematics Teaching Belief of Preschool Teachers,Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale and Test of Early Math Ability-III,TEMA3.The research uses descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the relationship among kindergarten teachers' mathematical teaching beliefs,quality of kindergarten mathematical center activities and children's mathematical ability.The results show that:1.About preschool teachers' mathematical teaching beliefs,teachers' mathematical beliefs tend to progress in general,and there were significant differences between teachers with different title,teaching age,education background and kindergarten level;2.About the quality of kindergarten mathematical center activities,the space and facilities reach a good level,the activity dimension is in the lowest standard level,and the interaction dimension is close to a good level,and there were significant differences between teachers with different title,teaching age,education background and kindergarten level in the overall quality;3.Among the children's mathematical ability,the average score of 120 children's mathematical ability is at a high level,and there is no significant difference in kindergarten level;4.There is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teachers' mathematical teaching beliefs and children's mathematical ability,but there is no significant predictive effect in all dimensions of children's mathematical ability;there is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teachers' mathematical teaching beliefs and the quality of kindergarten mathematical center activities,and there is a significant positive predictive effect on the quality of mathematical center activities;there is a significant positive correlation between the quality of kindergarten mathematical center activities and children's mathematical ability,and it has a significant positive predictive effect on children's mathematical ability;5.The quality of kindergarten mathematical center activities plays an intermediary role in the relationship between kindergarten teachers' mathematical teaching beliefs and children's mathematical ability.
