The youth sports club is an important place to train young sports talents.It is an important direction for the development of the youth sports clubs in Zhengzhou that how to give full play to the resource advantages of the youth sports clubs in Zhengzhou,scientifically and rationally guide the youth to amateur sports training,improve their sports level and promote their health.Coaches are the key link to improve the level of youth sports.Training coaches plays an irreplaceable role in improving the level of coaches and athletes.From the perspective of adult qualitative learning theory,this article studies the coach training of Zhengzhou youth sports clubs,aiming to improve the quality of coach training,promote the development of youth sports clubs,and cultivate excellent youth sports talents for the country.This article uses the literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and other methods to investigate the "individual team organization" of coaches training in Zhengzhou Youth Sports Club and analyzes the training process of coaches in Zhengzhou Youth Sports Club from the perspectives of knowledge innovation and knowledge application,and puts forward the training mode based on the theory of "Theory of adult qualitative change learning".The survey found that:1)Zhengzhou Youth Sports Club coaches have a disproportionate male-female ratio and insufficient self-awareness,and the different training content,methods and methods will also affect the motivation of coaches to participate in training.2)In the process of coach training,the team didn't pay enough attention,lacked enough respect,less interaction and communication,and couldn't reach a consensus,which greatly reduced the learning effect.3)Through the investigation of most clubs in Zhengzhou City,it is found that the training culture is not perfect,the system is not rigorous,and the support is not enough.These external environments hinder the training of coaches.The study found:1)Because of the influence of individual,team and organizational factors,coaches participate more in the internal organization of the club and less in the external organization of the club.2)The four dimensions of individual characteristics,individual training motivation,training content,training methods and methods affect the coaches' motivation to participate in the training.3)In the training of coaches,team learning is interwoven with individual factors and organizational factors at four levels: equal interaction platform,collective consensus,team division and learning community.4)In the training of coaches,club organization influences the training of coaches from three aspects: organizational culture,organizational support and organizational development.5)The training of coaches includes the process of knowledge innovation from individual to team to organization,and the process of knowledge application from organization to team to individual.These two processes are closely related,complementary and cyclical development.The author suggests that:1)In order to improve the quality of coach training in Zhengzhou Youth Sports Club,we must pay attention to the personality development of coaches,establish their lifelong learning ideas,learn at work,and work in learning.Build a good training platform,and achieve the effect of qualitative training changes through team interaction,experience sharing,and questioning and reflection.The club organization creates a good training atmosphere and promotes the effective development of training through multiple methods.2)Under the framework of one goal(to improve the training quality of coaches in Zhengzhou Youth Sports Club);two processes(knowledge innovation process and knowledge application process);three levels(individual,team and organization);four steps(mobilization of original experience,critical reflection,interactive dialogue and the emergence of new practice),to build Zhengzhou youth sports club coach training Training mode.
