Fewer coaches are from professional sportsand they need strengthen their professional techniques; there are professional certificate chaos and lowefficacy of certification which does not express its natural power; most of the coaches have short businesshours and this job has high mobility, so it is reasonable for coaches to hold other posts because of theiraverage degree salary; the coaches grasp well professional theoretical knowledge and common sports basictheories while they should pay more attention to the correlative laws and regulations. Though they havehigh ability of instruction and special subject, they behave generally with common capability of self-studyand innovation. With high professional morality, energetic job attitude, decent clothing and conversation,the coaches successfully mould excellent images and win high appraisals among the club members.
