The training plan is the school's implementation of the overall requirements of the Party and the country on talent training.In the field of education,it is a normative document for organizing teaching activities and arranging teaching tasks.It is the basic basis for the implementation of talent training and quality evaluation.The talent training program should reflect the various elements of professional teaching standards and the main requirements for talent training,including professional name and code,entrance requirements,length of study,career oriented,training goals and training specifications,curriculum settings,school hours arrangement,the overall arrangements for the teaching process,implementing security,graduation requirements,accompanied by schedules of teaching progress,etc.The scientificity of the postgraduate training program is directly related to the training quality of high-level talents,so it is of positive significance to promote the scientific and sustainable development of the postgraduate training program of physical education and make it adapt to the needs of social development.The resources of higher education in Henan Province are barren and relatively slow.The development and cultivation of postgraduates in physical education started late,and the overall level is not high.In the investigation,it is found that there is a mismatch between the training of master of sports and the development of social economy,which hinders the cultivation of high-end sports talents and the development of sports undertakings in Henan Province.Therefore,the author selected four universities in Henan Province to conduct a comparative study on the training programs of master of physical education from different directions,and found out the differences,advantages and disadvantages of the training programs of each university.On this basis,this paper combines the current situation of economic and social development and demands and requirements for the master of physical education,analyzes the parts of the training program of the master of physical education in Henan Province that are not consistent with the social needs from different perspectives,and puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the training program in line with the social and economic development.The research objects of this article were the training program for the master's degree in sports of Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University(School Headquarters),Physical Education College of Henan Normal University,Physical Education College of Xinyang Normal University and School ofPhysical Education of Henan University.Using the method of questionnaire investigation,documentation,expert interview,this paper analyzed and compared the training objectives,training system,curriculum,social practice,and scientific research papers of the master's degree training program for sports majors from the perspective of social needs.The conclusions are as follows: 1.The training programs of the four universities in Henan Province are basically in line with the national guiding training programs,but do not highlight the characteristics of each university and are not sufficiently integrated with social needs.2.In terms of training objectives,there is a lack of outstanding characteristics of the application-oriented master of physical education,and there is a phenomenon of assimilation with the academic master.3.Lack of professional features in the curriculum setting,and some teachers have the phenomenon of "bird course".4.There has been a move towards a three-year training system.5.In the social practice,internship bases are not diversified enough,and the social school-enterprise cooperation is not deep enough,and there is a“one-size-fits-all” phenomenon.6.Research papers lack depth,and most of the topics are status surveys.For the problems in this research,the author puts forward the following optimization suggestions:1.In the training objectives,the application-oriented characteristics of professional master of physical education should be highlighted.Each school should formulate its own training goals with its own characteristics according to the needs of social development and its own characteristics.2.In terms of curriculum setting,we should adhere to the goal-oriented principle and take the cultivation of application-oriented master of physical education as the starting point.Meanwhile,the school management should strengthen the supervision of teachers' teaching contents and severely punish "bird course".3.Formulate a reasonable training system according to the training objectives and the situation of each school,and try to avoid assimilation.In addition,the social needs and the current state of the country's economic development should be considered when formulating the educational system.4.For social internships,we must first arrange students to different internship units according to different professional fields and development directions to teach according to their aptitudes.Secondly,enrich the practice forms,allowing students to exert their initiative.Finally,enrich the practice base,strengthen the joint training of schools and enterprises,and improve the dual tutor system.5.It is necessary to highlight the characteristics of the professional type and perfect the diversified graduation conditions in the topic selection of the thesis.
