Therefore, this paper uses the literature, Delphi method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to investigate postgraduate professional physical education and training in Hunan Province, practice ability, the factors of Delphi to explore the practice ability, the cultivation and research the problems existing in the current situation, to analyze the cause of problems. 1.In the study found of graduate students of physical education and training master practical ability needs more balanced; in the practice of graduate students ability of physical education and training master needs special skills and practice ability is the demand by sector the highest ability factor of practice, especially the practice ability in physical education teaching ability the use of specialability, perception ability, organization ability and high demand, evaluation of the employing units in the professional practice ability demand different levels have different nature of the. 2.
