Objective: To study and construct a talent cultivation plan that meets the needs of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Xinjiang,meets the requirements of the standardized training of resident physicians and the “Joining Together of Double-track Education” training for postgraduates of Master Degree in traditional Chinese Medicine,evaluates the effect of Personnel Training in the course of practice,puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for stage improvement in a timely manner,provides reference basis for further optimizing the “Joining Together of Double-track Education”training program for postgraduates of Master Degree in traditional Chinese medicine,and provides reference for improving the quality of postgraduates of postgraduates of Master Degree in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Delphi expert consultation fee method(Delphi)to build the “master degree of traditional Chinese medicine graduate talent training program(2018 edition)”;to run the implementation of the "master degree of traditional Chinese medicine graduate talent training program(2018 edition)" of the 2018 Master degree of traditional Chinese medicine graduate 134 people experimental class,to run the implementation of the "master degree of the application of the expert interview Method to seek the opinions and suggestions of the talent cultivation scheme of "Joining Together of Double-track Education" postgraduate degree in traditional Chinese medicine.Results: 1)After two rounds of Delphi experts consultation,the revised and improved "Postgraduate training program for Master Degree in TCM based on standardized training for resident physicians "(2018 edition),which includes training objectives and requirements,principles of enrollment and training,course learning and assessment,clinical competency training and assessment,scientific research and teaching training,dissertation and defense,Degree Application and Grant and diversion mechanism,and organization and management eight factors,and in September 2018 began to run the implementation;2)Training program implementation effect quantitative analysis: in degree course examination results aspects,compared with control class,experimental class public compulsory course in the "socialism with Chinese characteristics ""basic statistics" and "Clinical Epidemiology" course average results are significantly increased,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),but "English" average performance decreased,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05);The average score of the"evidence-based clinical research methods of traditional Chinese medicine" in the basic compulsory course of the experimental class was 81.96±5.66,while the average score of the "basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine" course was 84.92±3.50,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);in terms of clinical ability examination,the rate of passing the TCM medical practitioners examination was 88.49%,which was higher than the rate of passing the control class(74.70%),and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05);in terms of the test results,the rate of passing the TCM medical practitioners examination was 408.82±27.27,which was lower than the control results(418.39±30.53),which was statistically significant(p < 0.05);in terms of the selection of academic dissertations,there were 109 students(81.34%)in combination with the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).In terms of opening report results,the experimental results were 76.41±6.07,which was higher than the control results(73.45±5.45),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).)3)Survey results show that students and teachers on the "Joining Together of Double-track Education" TCM Master degree graduate program of overall satisfaction between the Likert 5 scale “general satisfaction”and “satisfaction”,respectively,2.958±0.924 to 4.026±0.675 and 3.374±0.820 to3.875±0.756;Among the survey respondents,78.36% of the students and 86.39% of the teachers agree that the revised training program is "reasonable,but needs to be partially modified",and 50% of the students and 52.38% of the teachers agree that the training program for postgraduates majoring in master's degree of traditional Chinese medicine(2018)can better cultivate doctors who is "able to solve the medical problems".4)By interviewing managers at all levels,all said the "Joining Together of Double-track Education" master of professional graduate training program compared with the 2015 edition training program,personnel training objectives and training requirements defined more clearly,according to the professional development of the rotation plan and the quality of Clinical Laboratory rotation culture put forward more stringent requirements,but it less inspired graduate thinking of scientific research,research capacity training is not ideal,it is recommended to further rationally arrange curriculum and clinical rotation,scientific resolve the contradiction between theoretical learning,residency standardization training and scientific research tasks.Conclusions: "Joining Together of Double-track Education" master of traditional Chinese medicine professional degree graduate talent training program has a clear training objectives,the integration of the resident standardized training and master of traditional Chinese medicine professional degree graduate joint training requirements,with a curriculum scientific and reasonable,with regional characteristics,strengthen the clinical competence of traditional Chinese medicine and other advantages,it has a certain effect on improving the pass rate of the examination and the quality of Chinese medicine,and provides reference value for training high-quality talents of Chinese medicine.
