Research On Construction And Management Of Constant Temperature Swimming Pool In Universities In Wuhan

With the improvement of material living standards,people's pursuit of health is increasing.Swimming is a sport suitable for all ages,and people's enthusiasm for swimming is also increasing.In order to promote the development of the national fitness industry and the development of the sports economy,the state promulgated and implemented a series of policy documents to encourage colleges and universities to open stadiums to the public.At present,some colleges and universities have begun to build indoor constant temperature swimming pools,which are also open to the society while teaching swimming.University swimming pools have different characteristics from other sports venues.The construction and management of swimming pools in colleges and universities are not only an important place for school physical education,but also a good place for social sports and fitness,which puts forward higher requirements for the management level of colleges and universities.How to build a scientific and reasonable university swimming pool,and how to improve the efficiency and economic benefits of existing university swimming pools is a question worth studying.This article takes the construction and management status of the constant temperature swimming pool in Wuhan colleges and universities as the research object,and uses the literature data method,field investigation method,interview method and comparative analysis method to understand the construction and management status of the swimming pool.In Wuhan colleges and universities,sort out the related management rules and regulations of the existing swimming pools.By analyzing the pros and cons of the construction and management of school swimming pools,an empirical analysis and research on the construction and management of swimming pools in six colleges and universities in Wuhan.Combining with the actual development of the school,a reference model for the construction and management of college swimming pools is proposed.The conclusions of the research are as follows: 1.The construction financing method of constant temperature swimming pools in colleges and universities in Wuhan is single;2.The construction of swimming pools in some universities has a single structure and the location is unreasonable;3.Most swimming pools are managed independently,and the level of operation and management needs to be improve.Suggestions on the construction and management of constant temperature swimming pools in colleges and universities in Wuhan City: 1.Try to diversify the main investment bodies in the construction of college swimming pools;2.In the selection and planning of college swimming pools,social needs and open operation should be fully considered;3.In the process of opening up to the outside world,we must follow the operating principles and business strategies of the market economy;4.Strengthen innovation and reform,and use high-tech means for publicity and management.
