In the information age of knowledge explosion,as an important disseminator of knowledge and a guide to students' growth,teachers' knowledge concept directly affects the teaching practice,plays an important role in students' knowledge learning and teachers' personal growth,and the improvement of teachers' knowledge concept is crucial to the construction of teachers' team and the improvement of teaching quality.This paper investigates teachers' knowledge view,studies the effect of existing teacher training courses on the development of teachers' knowledge view,and adjusts the curriculum setting of new teacher training so as to explore how to give full play to the role of teacher training in the further development of teachers' knowledge view and lead the development of teachers with the new era knowledge view.This study sorts out the domestic and foreign researches on teachers' knowledge view and new teacher training curriculum,and discusses the classification,theoretical basis and historical changes of knowledge view.Teachers' knowledge view in different periods is influenced by the background of knowledge view,and contemporary teachers should adhere to the new knowledge view in line with the information age.Through a lot of reading and sorting,the knowledge view is divided into the knowledge essence view,the value view,the acquisition view,the teaching view and the evaluation view.In order to understand the knowledge view of the new primary school mathematics teachers,this study selected 637 new teachers in H province as the research object.Through investigation and analysis,the overall situation of the new teachers' knowledge view is good,and some teachers have wrong cognition of the truth and connection of knowledge in the view of the essence of knowledge.The recognition degree of explicit function of knowledge in values is low;In terms of acquisition view,young teachers tend to neglect life knowledge.In teaching view,male teachers and teachers with high educational background do not agree with students' subjective initiative;The evaluation standard of the teacher to the student shows the pluralistic trend.According to the investigation and field investigation,it is concluded that the four main factors affecting the formation of teachers' knowledge view are teachers' knowledge background,school culture,bad teaching habits and in-service training.According to the above reasons,combined with the typical cases of the new teacher training curriculum,some Suggestions for the development of teachers' knowledge concept are put forward in terms of the objectives,contents,structure and implementation of the new teacher training curriculum.The curriculum objectivedesign of new teacher training should start from the career demand of new teachers.The curriculum of new teacher training should be step by step,including general education,mathematics,teaching art and teaching evaluation.The implementation of the curriculum can be divided into three years,undertaken by the national or provincial level,the training of colleges and universities undertaken by normal colleges,the regional joint training in the location of the school and the in-service training of teachers in the school.
