With the rapid development of China's economy,the cultural exchange stimulates the reform of China's education market.The private education training industry has mushroomed like a spring up.The phenomena such as the great variety,the large number,and the rapid replacement,show that the private education training institutions competition has been stiffly competitive.But now the competition is in the field of human resources instead of the competition of simple products.W education and training institutions belong to the education industry.The biggest characteristic of the education industry is that people are both workers and labor materials in the relationship of productive forces.The training and development of human resources for in-service personnel is particularly important in this industry.As the primary productive force of the education and training industry,talents must be highly valued.With the intervention of the capital market,the private education training industry in China is facing the risk of reshuffling.How to make W educational training institution in vincible in the target education training industry has become the focus of the institution's current work.At present,the establishment of an appropriate human resources training and development system to fully stimulate the potential of internal staff has become the top priority.The purpose of this article lies in the W-education training institutions through investigation and research the current situation of human resourcestraining and development and the existing problems,combined with domestic and foreign research present situation and the current political and economic environment of the organization's human resources training and development are discussed,and make suitable strategy for W educationtraining organization of human resources training and development.In this paper,through a large number of search for human resources training and development of related literature,the analysis and research of the current W education training institutions,and puts forward W education training organization of internal staff of human resources training and development strategy,the Marketing Department of the mech anism and design scheme of staff training and development to make.Finally,the author summarizes the impact of the implementation of human resource training and development on the development of W education and training institution.By studying the problems and counter measures of human resources training and development in W education and training institutions,this paper hopes to provide a reference for small and medium-sized private education training institutions in human resources training and development in the bottleneck period.
