With the rapid development of science and technology and the complex and changeable market environment,the competition for talents among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.The essence of the competition is the competition of talents,or the fierce competition in the allocation of human resources.The company's steady development relies on excellent talents and perfect mechanisms,one of the most important mechanisms is the allocation of human resources.Enterprises need to have scientific and reasonable human resources planning,so as to formulate effective recruitment plans and talent training plans,and then properly match talents with positions,so as to promote the virtuous circle of the enterprise.Companies regard human resources as a key element in corporate management,and optimize their allocation and scientific use to comprehensively enhance their internal cohesion and comprehensive competitiveness,and can better base themselves on the highly competitive modern market.Therefore,the reasonable allocation of human resources is extremely important for enterprises.However,for most education and training companies,there are still many problems in the allocation of human resources,such as the inadequacy of talents and positions,and the lack of employee training plans that lead to repeated and inefficient recruitment.This article takes M education and training institutions as the research object,based on the principles of human resource allocation,allocation forms and the theoretical basis of allocation models,and uses a combination of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis to analyze the current situation of human resources allocation in M education and training institutions.A series of problems such as the surplus of the total number of grassroots personnel in the allocation of human resources in M education and training institutions,the lack of scientific organization,the mismatch between the quality of some employees and job requirements,and the serious loss of high-quality talents,have been analyzed and the reasons for the various problems of the organization in the allocation of human resources.According to the current problems of M education and training institutions,the goal of human resource allocation was reset,and the optimization plan of human resources allocation of M education and training institutions was further explored.This set of optimization plans includes perfecting job vacancy applications and approvals,practicing job quality demand analysis,implementing talent assessment methods,doing a good job in employee development planning,and establishing a life-long optimization configuration model for employees.Through the research of this article,the aim is to optimize the allocation of human resources of M education and training institutions,enhance their competitiveness in human resource management,and help M education and training institutions stand out from the competition in the new era.At the same time,it is hoped that this research will provide a reference plan for the optimization of human resource allocation of large and medium-sized education and training institutions in the same industry.
