People can not stop the trend that the development of non academic education trainingmarket growing. In order to cope with the future of the increasingly fierce competition,People spend a lot of manpower and material resources in their own and their children’seducation and training, it also provides the soil and nutrients for survival and development ofall kinds of education and training institutions, more and more people to join the promotion ofnon academic education and training organizations’ performance. However,high performanceis closely linked with the people, enhance the value of human resources is the most effectiveway.For this situation, the paper described the current situation of human resource valueeducation and training non-academic research institutions by reading and reference to therelevant theoretical and practical basis of the results, obtained the32factors which affect thevalue of human resources through the human resources and human resource value theoretical,then designed the initial questionnaire required for the study. Initial questionnaire distributedto three Hefei non-academic education and training institutions, using SPSS software tooptimize the final results of22main factors and its three dimensions to determine the formalquestionnaire. After obtaining a formal questionnaire, issuing formal questionnaire to12Hefei non-academic education and training institutions using principal component analysis,further divided the22main factors into three dimensions and eight common factor, calculatethe specific structure of each factor and weigh. The article proposed policies related toenhance the value of human resources in the understanding of the situation constituted, andlimitations of the study concludes. |
