Textbooks are important tools for teachers and students to carry out teaching activities,and are the main source of students' learning content.The development and compilation of textbooks have a direct impact on teachers' teaching and students'learning.The new curriculum refom of Chemistry in China draws lessons from the ideas and ideas of foreign high school chemistry textbooks to help optimize the compilation of domestic textbooks.As one of the most important chapters in high school chemistry,"periodic law" is an important part of high school chemistry textbooks.The optimization of this chapter can be achieved by comparing different editions of the chapter.The purpose of this paper is to draw lessons from the success of foreign textbooks and absorb the essence through comparative study,so as to provide reference basis for the compilation of textbooks in China.In this paper,using literature method,content analysis and comparative research methods,such as horizontal comparison in three versions in the high school chemistry textbook "element periodic law",the content of the longitudinal comparison is widely used in China are high school chemistry textbook compulsory 2 and Mongolia high school chemistry textbook 9 "element periodic law".Through horizontal comparative analysis of different versions of the textbook of "element periodic law",the characteristics of periodic trends found in the chemical textbooks for high schools are compulsory 2 structure framework for "the periodic table-periodic trends-chemical bonds," Mongolian high school chemistry textbook structure framework of 9 as"atomic structure properties-element periodic law",In the framework of the structure of chemistry textbooks for high schools here compulsory 2 in junior high school students cognitive level,about the periodic table and element periodic law knowledge,and Mongolia textbook chemistry 9 sequence from the logical order of knowledge and the students' cognitive view,to make students clearly understand the periodic trends,should first master the state and the properties of the material.In terms of content arrangement,Chinese textbooks tend to be double-based teaching mode,while Mongolian textbooks pay more attention to reasonable teaching activities by asking questions and combining with the actual situation of students.Compulsory Course 2 in Chinese Pep High School Chemistry textbook pays more attention to the cultivation of emotional attitudes,values,processes and methods,and sets up diversified columns to enrich teaching activities.Chemistry 9 in Mongolian textbook presents a single but diversified problem to timely understand the actual situation of students.Based on the comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two textbooks,some Suggestions and inspirations are provided for the compilation of senior high school chemistry textbooks in China.
