At present,there are more and more schools which are carring out the new education experiment in China.Professor Zhu Yongxin's important concepts and the core ideas of theory of teaching action management from the perspective of new education experiment are of great significance to school teaching action management.By July 2019,the new education experiment had benefited more than 5.6 million teachers and students.The mutual growth of teachers and students and the developing trend of the schools have proved the importance of teaching action management research from the perspective of new educational experiment.The top ten actions of the new education experiment include:"Building a scholarly campus,co-writing essays by teachers and students,listening to voices outside the window,cultivating excellent eloquence,constructing an ideal classroom,building a digital community,promoting a monthly event,creating a perfect classroom,researching and developing excellent curriculum,home school Cooperative Education".Among them,"building a scholarly campus "," researching and developing excellent curriculum" and "creating a perfect classroom”,which are of great significance to the educational reform in the new era of the country.The educational thought under the new educational experiment has the characteristics of the times,reform,advance and action,which accords with the law of healthy growth of teachers and students in the new era.In the teaching action,we should take the development of school,teachers and students as the starting point,and set off a whirlwind of new educational reform with the goal of "living a happy and complete educational life".However,any educational experiment reform will not be plain sailing,and it is necessary to put forward reasonable management measures,give full play to the advantages of leadership management,and promote the progress of action management.This research takes this as the breakthrough point,carries on the case study deeply in the local school,through the analysis question and the reason,gives the corresponding management measures,summarize the outstanding achievement attribution.Taking its essence,contribute the case study result of the teaching action management under the new education experiment scope,share the valuable experience of the action management,explore the strength of the three layers of managers in the action management.Hope to share the power of examples with Tongliao primary schools and quickly benefit Tongliao primary and secondary school teachers and students.Promote local education by local examples,realize the local conditions of school management in primary and secondary education management,and teach students according to their aptitude.Do a good job of real local education.
