| Experiment is an important teaching method in the science curriculum of elementary school,and it has strong practicality.In the intuitive teaching of scientific experiments,teachers lead students to carry out scientific activities and experience the complete scientific inquiry process,which can stimulate students' learning interest,cultivate students' inquiry,thinking,innovation and expression abilities,and promote students' scientific literacy.However,due to the lack of teachers in some elementary schools,the school's science courses are held by internship teachers with less experience in experimental teaching,and it is difficult to effectively implement experimental teaching.How to carry out scientific experiment teaching and improve its quality is the confusion of many science internship teachers.Based on this,this study conducts action research on the improvement of experimental teaching.As an student teacher and a researcher,this research analyzes some specific practical problems in the practice of scientific experimental teaching,and continuously reflect on them to obtain practical situations.The improvement of understanding and behavior,the revised plan enters a new round of research,in order to get some strategies and methods to improve the science experiment teaching in elementary school,which can be quickly applied to educational practice and improve the quality of experimental teaching.This research first reviewed the literature to summarize the researches on internship teachers and science experiment teaching,to understand the research status of internship teachers and science experiment teaching,and to sort out the concepts and related theoretical basis of science experiment teaching in primary schools.Then the action plans for the improvement of the experimental teaching in elementary school are designed.The action research on the improvement of scientific experimental teaching are implemented,the problems in the experimental teaching are collected through the methods of classroom observation,working analysis and interview causes analysis.Then corresponding improvement strategies are suggested,and a revised new round of research is planned.Finally,the feasible strategies for improving the scientific experiment teaching of elementary internship teachers are summarized,which mainly includes three aspects: firstly,experimental teaching preparation of internship teacher need to be improved,secondly,to test the materials required for experiments,pre-do experiments and formulate scientific laboratory rules;it is necessary to reasonably arrange the experimental teaching organization,do a good job of grouping and refine the assignment of tasks;thirdly,improving the various links of the experimental teaching implementation process,and elementary internship teachers can quickly improve the scientific experimental teaching according to feasible strategies and methods to improve the quality of teaching. |
