Following the continuous reform of education and teaching,the physics teaching by use of the self-made teaching tools has gradually received the high attention of numerous frontline teachers and education scholars.Through the theoretical and practical research,by relying on current teaching situations of the self-made teaching tools in physics teaching of senior high schools,this paper proposes the design strategies and implementation cases of self-made teaching tools which can be referred to by the frontline physics teachers of senior high schools,and makes measurement and evaluation on the effectiveness of physics teaching of senior high schools by use of the self-made teaching tools in teaching practices.On basis of the current investigation and analysis on the self-made teaching tools in physics teaching of senior high schools,the author proposes the corresponding design strategies and implementation cases of self-made teaching tools,so as to solve the problems found in investigation and improve the current teaching situations by use of the self-made teaching tools in this school,also hopes to provide reference for frontline physics teachers of senior high schools.The design strategies include three aspects:1.The teachers should master basic methods,and effectively make teaching tools;2.The teachers should mutually share and make full use of resources of teaching tools;3.The teachers and students should jointly make teaching tools,and pay high attention to essence of teaching tools.There are two specific implementation cases:one is People's Education Press Version 2003 Required 1 Chapter 4 Section 1 "Newton's First law of Motion";and the other is People's Education Press Version 2003 Elective 3-3 Chapter 1 Section 4 "Collision".In order to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of physics education of senior high schools by applying the self-made teaching tools,the author selects one of the above two implementation cases i.e."Newton's First law of Motion" to do the teaching practices.After selecting the experiment class and the comparison class by use of comparison method,the author makes the process evaluation and the result evaluation.The process evaluation indicates that,by applying the self-made teaching tools and using the new teaching methods,the teachers can make the students participate in actively,well cultivate the students' abilities of using theoretical knowledge to solve actual problems,also deepen students' understanding and application for the learned knowledge;moreover,the application of self-made teaching tools to do physics teaching of senior high schools can play the significant teaching effects for mobilizing students' study interests,and transforming the boring knowledge.In the final result evaluation,the author makes the statistical analysis on scoring conditions of test papers of the above two classes by use of SPSS software.In view of the analysis results,the author concludes that the total score and score of single aspect of the experiment class is high than those of the comparison class.Meanwhile,the author makes the independent sample T test on score conditions of such four aspects by use of SPSS software.The results show that the application of self-made teaching tools to do physics teaching of senior high schools can significantly improve the teaching effects,such teaching modes are more conducive for student's study and memory for physics history,and the collection of articles in life to do the teaching by use of the self-made teaching tools is conducive to cultivating the students' abilities of using the learned knowledge to solve actual problems.In combination of process evaluation and result evaluation,the author thinks that,through aiming at current teaching situations by use of the self-made teaching tools in the teaching school,this paper proposes the improvement strategies and implementation cases,has certain effectiveness,simple and feasible research methods,and strong operability and practicality,thus can be used for reference by frontline physics teachers of senior high schools.
