Research On Financial Risk Assessment Of Educational And Training Enterprises In China

Enterprise financial risk analysis and prevention is the core of financial research.In the past 40 years,financial risks have seriously threatened the development of enterprises,securities investors,credit institutions and even the whole country.Nowadays,the education and training industry is very attractive.With an average annual growth rate of 30%,and its profit is increasing year by year.With the growing scale of the education and training industry,the problem of "quality" is highlighted.Faced with such a competitive and complex market environment,the financial risks of Listed Companies in education and training industry get increasingly difficult to predict and control.In this environment,if the management of financial risk is unreasonable,the enterprise will suffer economic losses,and worst of all,financial crisis will arise,eventually leading to bankruptcy.Therefore,we need to clarify the characteristics of education and training enterprises and their financial risks,and identify the factors affecting the financial risks of enterprises,so as to help enterprises improve their internal control,reduce financial risks and achieve their objectives.This will help investors and policy makers in the education and training industry to provide the corresponding decision-making basis,helping other listed companies in China's education and training industry reduce the financial risks,which is conductive to the healthy development of the entire education and training industry and the cause of education and training in China.On the basis of mastering the relevant theory of financial risk,this paper analyses the characteristics of financial risk of Listed Companies in education and training industry in China from the perspective of financing risk,investment risk and operational risk.Nine listed companies are selected and the contribution degree of each factor is calculated by principal component analysis.In order to deeply understand the financial risk and the situation of education and training industry,this paper analyzes the financial risk of New Oriental Education and Technology Group,by using the fuzzy analysis method,and each factor is graded.Lastly,it comes to the preventive measures for the financial risk control of New Oriental and other listed companies in China's education and training industry,not only to regulate the corporate governance structure,but also to continuously strengthen the company's financing,investment and operational risk control.
