At the end of 2019,the outbreak of New crown epidemic epidemic caused a major impact on China’s education and training market,but also brought a huge opportunity for the education training market.As most enterprises and schools have stopped offline classes,the financial situation of the original offline training institutions and enterprises is precarious,for such enterprises,how to maintain financial stability in the extreme background is particularly important.For listed enterprises,financial risk is mainly composed of financing risk,operating risk and investment risk.Of course,educational listed companies also face special industry risks,such as the risk caused by changes in the national policy environment,institutional expansion and innovation and education industry value chain risk.Under New crown epidemic epidemic situation,education and training enterprises should adjust their strategies according to their operating conditions and financial conditions,adopt measures such as risk avoidance and risk transfer,and effectively avoid the adverse impact of financial risks on the company.China Public Education suffered a certain impact in the epidemic,once suffered from "refund storm," "offline enrollment blocked" and a series of financial risk problems,However,after risk control,not only financial gradually improve,and achieve fiscal 2020 results of positive growth.The impact of New crown epidemic epidemic disease on public education in both favorable and unfavorable aspects is very typical.Therefore,the study of the financial risk control case of Zhong Gong Education and the summary of its financial management strategy under the risk of extreme events have far-reaching significance for the prevention of financial risks of education and training industry companies in the post-epidemic era and under the extreme time.In this paper,the occurrence of new crown epidemic was taken as the research time node,and data of 8 quarters were selected before,during and after epidemic.On the basis of systematical sorting of financial indicators,this paper uses fuzzy analysis method to systematically evaluate and analyze the impact of this extreme event on financial risk of Chinese public education,summarizes the experience of financial risk management,and puts forward the strategies and suggestions to further strengthen financial risk control.The third part of this paper qualitatively analyzes the policy environment index,the expansion innovation index and the education industry value chain index,coupled with the quantitative analysis of the financial risk indicators of operational capacity,solvency index,operational capacity index,cash flow capacity index and operating capacity index.A total of eight indicators to build the education and training industry financial risk evaluation system,concluded that financing risk,business risk,investment risk,expansion and innovation risk,policy environment risk and policy environmental risk have an important impact on the financial risk of the education training industry.In the fourth part,through the analysis of the public education before,in and after the outbreak of the enterprise quarterly report,and public education industry comparative analysis,to analyze the various financial indicators in the epidemic before,during and after data changes.Combined with Zhong Gong Education’s main business and main core strategy,as well as the special listing background,this paper analyzes the reasons of financial risk.Combined with the expert scoring method,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to evaluate the financial risk of public education in China.Finally,according to the scoring results of AHP,the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the effective control of financial risk in public education after the epidemic.
