The physics classroom based on experiment needs certain material condition as support,small to a scale,large to accurate experimental instrument.For the sake of realizing the cultivation of students' “observation ability,practical ability,analytical ability and critical thinking ability”in Physics Curriculum Standard of General Senior High School;reducing the cost of experimental equipment,and filling the vacancy of some experimental equipment;stimulating students' interest in learning,shortening the gap between teachers and students,and improving teachers' own professional skills,and at the same time,in order to better study the production and use of self-made teaching aids in electromagnetism of physics in senior high school,making low-cost and high-wisdom teaching aids,the following studies have been carried out:(1)The literature method,questionnaire method and interview method were used to carry out the preliminary research.Through consulting the literature,the present situation of experimental teaching carried out by self-made teaching aids,the category of relevant literature research and the difficulties and countermeasures of making teaching aids are combed,and the research status of self-made teaching aids is preliminarily understood.The results of the questionnaire show that teachers generally think that physics experiments are very important,and also have a positive attitude towards "the role of self-made teaching aids in teaching ".Students like teachers to make teaching aids,and the desire to make teaching aids is also very strong.But some teachers still choose to "talk about experiments" instead of "do experiments ".Further interviews found that the production experience is insufficient,the material selection is difficult,the hands-on ability is weak,the production time is long,the production effect is unstable,the school attention is not enough,the fund support is insufficient and so on factors make the teacher dare not easily try the self-made teaching aids teaching.A few teachers still make teaching aids for teaching.It is very meaningful to study this subject.(2)Based on the experience of teaching aids,gradually analyze and summarize the supporting theoretical research basis.(3)Summary of strategies for making and applying self-made teaching aidsOn the basis of investigation and research,according to the teaching of self-made teaching aids in electromagnetics,consulting relevant literature,combining the experience and theory of making teaching aids,the author further summarizes three production strategies of electromagnetism teaching aids(analyzing curriculum standard and teaching materials,clarifying production principle;following some principles,accurate and efficient material selection;making according to conventional concrete and efficient production)and two application strategies(putting into practical classroom,paying attention to teaching innovation;insisting on sharing and cooperation,timely teaching reflection).(4)Case study on the production and application of homemade teaching aidsBased on the results of the above preliminary research,we have made a series of teaching aids such as "capacitor demonstration instrument of capacitor "," motion demonstration instrument of charged particles in magnetic field "," Lenz's law demonstration instrument "," electromagnetic damping demonstration instrument "," sensor demonstration instrument" and so on,and put them into practical classroom teaching to carry out corresponding case analysis.(5)The author organizes the teaching content with the self-made teaching aid "electromagnetic damping demonstrator" as the center,adopts the "single group front side-post-test experiment design" pattern.Through the action research method,carries on the teaching practice in a senior two grade class.The practical results show that the self-made teaching aids "electromagnetic damping demonstrator" is used to carry out the teaching,the students' attention to study is more focused,the enthusiasm of learning is higher,and the ability of hand and brain use is better cultivated.
