With the rapid development of China's economy,there is a multi-level and diversified demand for human resources.The market's demand for skilled talents is increasing.And skilled talents are in short supply in quantity and quality in China.Under the guidance of the current situation and development trend of talent supply and demand,China put out policy support in the field of vocational training.So the vocational training market develops rapidly and the competition is increasingly fierce.As the product of market competition,the advantages of brand have appeared in the field of vocational training.As an important part of vocational education,vocational training schools play an important role in vocational skills training,and the brand building of vocational training schools is imperative.The research on brand building strategy of vocational training school is becoming more and more important and urgent.However,in the development process of Y vocational training school,there are some problems,such as lack of research,vague brand positioning,neglect of brand image construction and brand experience optimization,and lack of brand building leadership mechanism.By using the methods of literature research,theoretical research and questionnaire survey,combined with vocational education and brand related theories,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the brand construction of students and teachers in Y vocational training school according to the true proportion,understands the basic situation of the brand construction of Y vocational training school,and analyzes the political environment factors,economic environment factors and social environment of the brand construction of Y vocational training school With SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the brand construction of Y vocational training school.Then,it puts forward suggestions on brand building strategies of Y vocational training school and draws conclusions: Starting with brand positioning research,brand characteristics and market areas,product positioning and price positioning,we can find the brand positioning.To enhance brand value,we should improving brand association,perceiving quality and brand experience.To optimize the brand image,we should optimize the brand logo,actively spread and establish a good reputation.To from the establishment of brand management team,we should strengthen the emergency management mechanism,strengthen the marketing ability to actively carry out brand management and maintenance.The brand building strategy of Y vocational training school has universality and particularity.The brand building environment of Y vocational training school has certain particularity,which can be used for reference for vocational training schools with similar environmental factors.This paper explores and expounds the theory of brand building strategy of Y vocational training school,combining with the actual situation and development trend,and finally forms the feasible strategy.It also provides reference for the general vocational training school brand building strategy,helping it to identify the brand positioning,enhance brand value,optimize brand image,promote brand management and brand maintenance.
