With the deepening of curriculum reform,classroom teaching has changed from traditional "classroom cybernetics" to "classroom interaction theory ".Speech act is the most important way of interaction between teachers and students in the classroom,accounting for about 80% of the speech act in the whole class,and is also the most concerned type of teacher-student interaction.Effective speech interaction between teachers and students largely determines the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Flanders proposed a classroom interactive analysis technology——Flanders interactive analysis system in the 1970 s.This technology carries on the systematic quantitative analysis to the classroom teaching,can reflect the problems existing in the classroom speech act interaction,and is still the most influential analytical tool for the analysis and evaluation of classroom teaching in education circles at home and abroad.Based on this research,we use the improved frances interactive analysis system to apply it to the seven high school geography classroom teaching cases collected,analyze the present situation and put forward the relevant promotion countermeasures,in order to make a positive impact on the current high school geography classroom teaching reform.By reading literature,this article combed out classroom verbal interaction between teachers and students of the related research status quo,the verbal interaction between teachers and students and geography class definition verbal interaction between teachers and students,on the basis of social interaction theory,social constructivism theory and the theory of geography teaching,using literature research,classroom observation,statistical analysis method and improved method of Flanders,collected on seven high school geography classroom teaching video for text transcribed and coding,build analysis matrix,with the help of the modified matrix analysis method in Flanders interaction analysis system,Static analysis was made on the speech behavior interaction of seven high school geography teachers and students from the aspects of classroom teaching structure,classroom teaching style or tendency,classroom teachers and students' emotional atmosphere and classroom questioning and speaking mode.The curvilinear analysis method in Flanders interactive analysis system conducts a dynamic analysis on the classroom speech act interaction of seven geography teachers in high school.Combining the analysis results of the two,the status quo of classroom speech act interaction of seven geography teachers in high school is obtained.The specific conclusions are as follows:In the geography classroom teaching,the teacher's speech is dominant,the student's speech needs to be improved;The utilization rate of classroom silence is high,and the technical operation subject of teachers and students is out of balance.Empirical teachers tend to control indirectly,novice teachers tend to control directly;Teachers have more positive influence than negative influence on students.The classroom teachers and students emotional atmosphere is more ideal,the teacher actively strengthen the language shortage;The proportion of teachers' questions is high,but they are mainly closed questions.The proportion of students speaking actively is low and they lack problem awareness.Teachers' questions are mainly based on the training mode and supplemented by the innovative mode.According to the current situation of the interaction,the author puts forward some strategies to improve the interaction between teachers and students in geography class of senior high school.Paying attention to students' emotion and strengthening teachers' positive speech feedback;Carefully design the question,optimize the teacher question language;Set up classroom teaching situation to cultivate students' problem consciousness.The innovation of this paper is reflected in the use of improved Flanders interactive analysis technology,which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative research methods,there is a coding system to describe classroom teacher-student speech interaction to define teacher-student interaction,but because the method focuses on data analysis,it may ignore some of the implicit classroom information.As a result,this paper first transcribes the obtained video,adopts the original coding interval every 3 seconds i FIAS the coding mode,carries on the detailed "slice" processing to the classroom teacher-student speech act interaction,at the same time combines the geography discipline uniqueness,also carries on the coding statistics separately the teacher operation technique and the student operation technique behavior in the geography classroom,and tries to combine the classroom text record information in the data analysis,restores the classroom original appearance.
