The construction of campus football culture is an essential foundation for the development of campus football.At present,the cultural construction of campus football is in the initial stage.The lack of scientific evaluation system and guiding principles severely restricts the development of campus football culture and the comprehensive reform of football development.As the foundation stage of the overall construction of the campus football stage,the cultural construction of elementary campus football directly related to the effect of the construction of campus football.Therefore,this paper focused on the evaluation index system of the cultural construction in the elementary campus,which depended on the essential feature of culture.Moreover,the evaluation index system was established through the Delphi method,and the reasonable weight of indicators was assigned through Sum algorithm.To test the feasibility,effectiveness,and scientificity of the evaluation index system,we used the case analysis further.This work provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the scientific evaluation of football culture construction in elementary schools.Research results:1.The concept of campus football culture was re-defined from the perspective of the four essential features of culture.Campus football culture refers to the school-based teachers and students as the main body,through the way of football activities,to form a specific restrictive group common tendency lifestyle system,and inherited from generation to generation,in a tangible and intangible way Existence reflects group consciousness and behavior.2.Based on the essential features of culture,the evaluation index system of football culture construction in primary schools is divided into three levels,including four levels of inheritance,constraint,group,and consciousness.There are eight secondary indicators at the communication level,inheritance level,system level,management level,group cognition level,group activity level,thought level and behavior level,and 53 tertiary indicators at the first and second level.3.On the basis of the construction of the evaluation index system of football culture construction in primary schools,the weight of each index is assigned,and the importance of each index is calculated,which is expressed by the weight coefficient of its proportion in the index of the same level.Among them,the first-level indicators of inherited cultural characteristics are 0.130,binding cultural characteristics 0.210,group cultural characteristics 0.300,and cultural characteristics of consciousness and behavior 0.360.The secondary index is 0.073 at the communication level,0.061 at the inheritance level,0.126 at the institutional level,0.098 at the management level,0.160 at the group cognition level,0.160 at the group activity level,0.216 at the ideological level and 0.168 at the behavior level.4.In order to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the evaluation index system of primary school football culture construction constructed in this paper,Based on the evaluation index system,the evaluation scale of campus football culture construction is designed.In addition,the achievements of football culture construction in primary schools and primary and secondary schools in xinxiang new district were evaluated.The evaluation results show that:The construction of football culture in the xinqu school has developed into "excellent".The construction and development of football culture in primary and zhenzhong schools is only "pass".By comparing and analyzing the construction of football culture in the two schools,the feasibility and scientificity of the index system are further verified.Research conclusions:1.It is scientific and advanced to study the concept connotation and extension of primary school football culture based on the basic characteristics of culture.2.Based on the basic characteristics of culture,the evaluation index system of primary school football culture construction is established.To a certain extent,it can cover all aspects of cultural identity,It has a comprehensive guidance and direction for the construction of football culture in primary schools.3.On the basis of the construction of the evaluation index system and the weight assignment of each index,Construct the weight coefficient system of evaluation index of football culture construction in primary school.The four first-level evaluation indexes are cultural characteristics of conscious behavior,cultural characteristics of group,cultural characteristics of constraint,and cultural characteristics of inheritance.Among them,the weight of cultural characteristics of conscious behavior is 0.360,which accounts for the largest proportion,indicating that experts believe that more attention should be paid to the cultivation of conscious behavior culture during the construction of campus football culture.It also fully reflects that the implicit core of culture is consciousness and the explicit core is behavior.Campus football culture is the sum total of consciousness and behavior related to football.4.Based on the empirical investigation of the construction status of football culture in primary schools and the evaluation index system of football culture construction in schools developed by visiting front-line workers,consulting literature and combining with literature review,Some problems in the construction of campus football culture in xinxiang city are put forward:insufficient cultural propaganda and single form,there is no real popularity,football infrastructure is weak,lack of attention and support from parents and society,emphasis on football training over football education,teachers and teaching quality generally need to be improved,imperfect system construction,lack of corresponding system management.Through the cultural characteristics to carry on the campus football culture construction evaluation index system construction,To a certain extent,it can give corresponding evaluation and theoretical guidance to the development of campus football culture,which is scientific and directional.However,with the continuous development of campus football culture construction in China,the corresponding evaluation index system should be constantly revised and improved so as to evaluate and guide the campus football culture construction more comprehensively and effectively.
