The right to employment is one of the most basic and important rights of persons with disabilities.Promoting the employment of persons with disabilities can effectively improve the living conditions of persons with disabilities,promote their integration into society and share the fruits of social development.People with disabilities,as a vulnerable group in society,are excluded in terms of concept,education and environment,and it is difficult to achieve employment smoothly as a sound person.Secondary vocational education is an important support for the employment of disabled students.In order to help the disabled students in special education secondary vocational schools to obtain employment and realize the self-worth and social value of the disabled,social work involved in the employment of disabled students in special education secondary vocational schools is a subject that needs to be studied.Taking the D special education secondary vocational school(hereinafter referred to as D school)as an example,this paper introduces the theory of social exclusion and regressive social theory into the study of employment of disabled students in secondary vocational education.This paper discusses the employment status of disabled students in special education secondary vocational school by using field observation and interview.From the investigation,the author finds that the disabled students in the secondary vocational schools of special education face many problems before,during and after employment,the specific reasons are the lack of motivation,psychological dependence,communication barriers and so on.Lastly,combining social exclusion theory,regressive social theory and other basic theories of social work,combined with the actual situation of disabled students in D schools and disabled employees in L companies,this paper puts forward the strategies of social work intervention in the employment of disabled students in special education secondary vocational schools from the aspects of individual,family,school,enterprise,society and country.
