Study On Group Work Intervention In Employment Of Persons With Grade Ⅳ Physically Disabled

A comprehensive modern society requires the disabled to be able to obtain jobs commensurate with their working ability.In China,the disabled is a huge group,and this group includes different categories and levels of disabled persons.Among them,the four level physical disabled have different characteristics from other disabled persons,that is,they can get a job that matches their ability to work,and get paid for their work.Properly solving the employment problem of this group,allowing them to receive due benefits and improving the quality of life of themselves and their family members can make society more equitable and make the fruits of development shared by more people.Social work adheres to the principle of helping others and self-help,works under the guidance of altruism,and uses professional knowledge and skills to help groups or individuals with difficulties in society,which plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and stability.Through field visits to the families of disabled people to understand their family background,combined with their own actual situation,this study determines to take some grade IV physically disabled people in L community of Y City as the research object,and makes an analysis about the problems of the research object in terms of employment,such as lack of employment confidence,low level of education,low awareness of employment policies,insufficient understanding of employment policies,incomplete informal and formal social support networks Lack of suitable vocational skills.In view of these problems,determine their existing employment needs.Team members can imitate and study each other,so that they can work in groups and support each other.Improving the employment confidence of team members is a preliminary work,which can help them psychologically re accept the competitive employment environment.At the same time,because this group is generally divorced from society and does not pay attention to thedevelopment of the situation,they should attach importance to improving their policy awareness and understanding.If this group knows and understands the latest employment policy,it will be one step closer to achieving the goal of employment.On the premise of paying attention to the individual differences of this group,social workers help them optimize their social network.Training employment skills is the key to successful employment.In order to make social workers adapt to the new employment environment and achieve long-term development,they should provide strong support for this group to acquire suitable employment skills.In addition,it should also be noted that social work for disabled people in China is still in the early stage of development.In terms of employment intervention for disabled people,social workers still have insufficient practical experience.In terms of exploring the methods and paths of social work intervention,there is still a heavy task to be done.
