Today,as information network technology matures,education is gradually becoming informatized,and education reform is also constantly deepening.At this time,the flip of classroom teaching mode has attracted more and more attention from scholars and educators.At present,many colleges and educational institutions are studying the flipped classroom teaching model,hoping to meet the individualized learning needs of students,thereby promoting the improvement of teaching quality and utilization of teaching resources,and the promotion of fair educational opportunities.Through the collation and analysis of a large number of documents,it is found that the current domestic and foreign research on flipping classrooms is mainly divided into three categories:theoretical research,summative evaluation research,and formative evaluation research.Scholars hold different opinions on the effect of flipping classroom teaching.Learner satisfaction as an important indicator to measure the performance of flipped classrooms,how to effectively improve learner satisfaction and promote the effect of flipped classroom teaching is an important problem faced by scholars and education practitioners.In this study,259 undergraduates from the courses of "Positioning and Concentration","The Art of Management",and "Theory and Operational Technology of Mass Wealth Management" were selected as subjects for the study in 2017 and 2018 of Central China Normal University.And take the MOOC platform of Chinese universities as the platform,the MOOC platform is a platform with online open courses,online assessment and discussion areas(including teacher answering area,classroom communication area,and comprehensive discussion area).In this study,the questionnaire survey method was used to issue satisfaction questionnaires to students,and finally 205 valid questionnaires were obtained.Then use SPSS24.0 analysis software to conduct demographic research on the collected data,and then use the partial least squares modeling software SmartPLS3.0 to perform unique dimension and model parameter test and path analysis.Based on customer satisfaction theory,experiential learning theory and student participation theory,this study builds a learner satisfaction model based on the American customer satisfaction index model,and discusses the influence of personalized learning environment and previous learning experience on learner satisfaction in flipped classroom teaching.And further reveals that perceived quality and perceived value play an important mediating role in the learner satisfaction model.Through analysis,this study provides the following inspiration for the design and development of the flipped classroom.On the one hand,adjust learning strategies and optimize classroom design in flipped classroom teaching to improve learners' perceived value and perceived quality.On the other hand,personalized learning environment is an important factor that affects learner satisfaction,and previous learning experience also has an impact on learner satisfaction under the effect of perceived quality and perceived value.Therefore,when designing a flipped classroom,the learning experience and characteristics of different learners should be considered to improve the initiative and participation of learners.
