As the main place for teaching activities,classroom plays an indispensable role in school education.With the rapid development of information technology and educational concepts such as Internet and Internet of Things,the traditional Yangtian classroom has undergone tremendous changes.Intelligent classroom has become a new favorite of the times and has entered all kinds of school education at all levels.On the basis of defining the concept of intelligent classroom and analyzing the current situation of research,this study,from a new perspective and from the perspective of learners,regards learner satisfaction as an important indicator to measure the effect of learning experience in intelligent classroom,and conducts a comprehensive study of learner satisfaction and its influencing factors based on learning experience in intelligent classroom.The main work of this study is as follows: Through literature research,the concepts of intelligent classroom,learning experience and learner satisfaction are defined.Based on constructivism,hybrid learning and PST framework,according to customer satisfaction model and technology acceptance model,the influencing factors and initial hypothesis model of learner satisfaction based on learning experience in intelligent classroom are preliminarily determined.The research hypothesis is put forward.Then,referring to Xu Jing jing's Questionnaire on Learner Satisfaction in Intelligent Classroom Environment,combined with the characteristics of our school's Intelligent Classroom,students' expectation,behavioral intention,perceived experience,perceived value,learner satisfaction and willingness to continue using were compiled and released in the Intelligent Classroom.Questionnaire on learning satisfaction.Then,using structural equation analysis method and AMOS software,thedata collected from the questionnaire are analyzed,and the initial hypothesis model is evaluated and revised to determine the final model that can fit the observed data.With the help of SPSS software,combined with the final learner satisfaction model,path analysis and descriptive statistical analysis are carried out to understand the current situation of learner satisfaction in smart classroom.The results show that: behavioral intention,perceived experience and perceived value will directly affect learner satisfaction,among which perceived value has the most significant impact on learner satisfaction,followed by perceived experience,and finally behavioral intention.Learner expectation does not directly affect learner satisfaction,but indirectly influences learner satisfaction through perceived experience or perceived value.There is a high correlation between learners' expectations and behavioral intentions,and they will directly affect perceived experience and perceived value,but they have a greater impact on perceived experience and a smaller impact on perceived value.Through the real experience in the smart classroom,learners directly generate the value perception of the smart classroom.The acquisition of resources has the greatest impact on learners' perceptual experience.Based on the above findings,this paper analyses the problems existing in the smart classroom and puts forward strategies to improve learner satisfaction with the combination of interviews with teachers and students and classroom observation.
