| The aim of the strategy of invigorating agriculture by science and education is to realize the rapid development of agriculture and rural economy and increase the income of farmers through science and technology and enhancing the comprehensive quality of farmers.The important measure of the strategy is rural education.The rural economic development in Wangcheng District of Changsha City is relatively ahead.The agricultural production conditions,the proportion of rural population and the rural economic situation are representative in the field of rural economic research,which are typical materials for the study of rural economy.Therefore,the study takes Wangcheng district as an example to explore the relationship between rural education human capital and farmers' income,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the current situation of rural education development in Wangcheng district and to continuously and effectively improve farmers' income.In the specific research process,based on the review and reference of the relevant theories of the relationship between education and farmers' income,using questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods,through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the effective questionnaire for farmers in Wangcheng District,the paper reveals the impact of current rural education on Farmers' income in Wangcheng district.The research results show that:Based on the open statistical data,the rural education in Wangcheng district has an impact on Farmers' income Based on the analysis of the relationship between education and farmers' income,it is concluded that the number of years of education is positively related to farmers'income,and the correlation coefficient is very high,indicating that the relationship is very close.The government's investment in basic education has played an important role in revitalizing the rural economy.Based on the statistical data of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the relationship between rural vocational skill education and farmers' income in Wangcheng District,and draws the conclusion:the higher the education level of farmers,the stronger their awareness of participating in farmers'vocational skill training;the deeper the level of participating in vocational skill training,the higher the farmers' income;the greater the impact of teachers' strength of farmers' vocational skill training on Farmers' income;farmers' occupation There is a positive correlation between the input of skill training resources and the increase of farmers' income.The problems of rural education that restrict the growth of farmers'income are insufficient investment in education of rural farmers,insufficient investment in education of rural government and insufficient investment in vocational education.Combined with the results of the questionnaire survey and the actual situation of the development of rural education in China,and compared with other regions,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems of rural education that restrict the growth of farmers' income in a deep level,mainly for the lack of rural education resources,the weakness of rural education teachers,the separation of rural education objectives and content from the actual situation in rural areas,and the weak awareness of rural vocational education.According to the results of investigation and analysis,the suggestions for rural education in Wangcheng include:strengthening the reserve of rural education teachers,optimizing the investment and allocation of rural education resources,adjusting the educational objectives and contents of rural academic education,and reforming the supply side of rural vocational education. |
