In the era of multi culture,the competition of education is becoming more and more intense.The development of individualized tendency and characteristics of education has become the objective need of class development.The establishment of culture school has become the consensus and pursuit of educators.It is an important content of school culture construction to plan class culture with characteristics and competitiveness.Class culture influences the thoughts and behaviors of class members with a highly united class cohesion and centripetal force,constantly shaping the soul,tempering the quality and achieving the personality of people.Class culture is the cornerstone of school culture and the extension and expansion of school culture.School culture construction is an important way to realize school innovation and development.For the rural weak primary schools,which are in a disadvantageous geographical position and relatively backward in education,the loss of students year by year makes the development of schools difficult.How to grasp the opportunity of policy dividend and material conditions inclining to the countryside and realize their own development has become a difficult problem for rural school administrators.The development of rural weak primary schools is the proper meaning to realize the rural revitalization plan.In order to get rid of the situation that rural education follows the trend of urban education and the pursuit of "urban image" by rural teachers,it is imperative to explore a way suitable for the development of rural schools,and it has become an unshirkable historical responsibility for the development of education in the new era.This study focuses on the construction of class culture in rural weak primary schools based on the preliminary review of the literature related to class culture.Based on the dual theoretical perspectives of group dynamics theory and trust culture theory,the author takes primary school A as a case study.Primary school A is characterized by a lot of remote corners,a large number of left behind children,a dual life of teachers and a"migratory bird" for parents to make a living.By using the methods of observation,questionnaire,interview and field investigation,we found that compared with some advanced urban primary schools,the construction of class culture in this school is obviously characterized by low quality of material culture,few activities,rigid and flexible system culture and spiritual culture Lack of connotation and other prominent problems.Due to the limitation of class culture,some class teachers in primary school A often go astray in the construction of class culture.These limitations include,but are not limited to,the superficial construction of material culture,the formalization of activity culture construction,the hollowness of institutional culture construction and the utilitarianism of spiritual culture construction.Based on the above problems and their causes,according to the four dimensions of class culture construction,this paper puts forward four strategies of class culture construction that can be used as a reference for primary school A and similar primary schools:reasonable layout,improvement of class material culture;taking advantage of the potential to enrich class activity culture;concept first,innovation of class system culture;value leading,promotion of class spiritual culture.
