| The professional ability of preschool teachers is the core issue of preschool teachers'professional development.With the continuous development of social development and education reform,new requirements for kindergarten teachers' professional quality are put forward based on the basic concepts of "child-oriented,teacher's morality first,ability first,life-long learning".In 2012,China issued the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers" and "Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children 3-6 Years",which pays close attention to the observation ability of preschool teachers.Many countries in Europe and the United States regard improving teachers' observation ability as the focus of education reform.The observation ability of preschool teachers has gradually become a hot topic in recent years.Kindergarten takes games as basic activities.The characteristics of role game autonomy determine that the teacher's observed behaviors of children in role games can especially reflect the real development of children.Therefore,improving the observation ability of preschool teachers' role games is an important way for teachers to achieve comprehensive observation and evaluation of young children.The research uses self-narrative research method,text analysis method and literature research method to sort out domestic and foreign researches on preschool education game observation ability and educational internship.Based on the "self' internship experience of preschool education internship,it is used to develop the period of education internship for Master of Education A Narrative Study of Game Observation Enhancement.Based on the analysis of the improvement of observation ability in the internship stage,analyze and draw the professional growth trajectory from the composition dimension of observation ability,and reflect on the obstacles and improvement strategies of the author's observation ability improvement.Think about the experience and inspiration behind the narrative,and put forward some suggestions from it,in order to provide valuable reference for the improvement of the game observation ability of preschool education interns.According to the research purpose and design,the research structure is as follows:The third part mainly describes the author's process of acquiring game observation knowledge.The author mainly acquires game observation knowledge through professional course learning,reading activities,and communication activities.The fourth part describes the internship scene where the author improved the game observation ability during the master education internship.This section uses observation records,teaching logs,reflection logs,etc.as research materials,and describes the four stages of the author's practical ability improvement by describing the four-dimensional development and change of game observation ability.In the fifth part,the author reflects on the process of improving the game ability,and discusses the factors that affect the observation ability of the author from the aspects of obstacles to promotion and assistance.Obstacles to ability improvement are discussed from two perspectives:game interpretation and guidance.The analysis of ability improvement assistance is carried out from four aspects:internal drive,important others,peer communication and support from the Institute.The sixth part discusses the strategies to improve the observation ability of the preschool teacher.Based on the foregoing self-narration and the professional development of prospective teachers,this chapter proposes promotion strategies from teacher education,kindergarten and trainee teachers themselves. |
