Comprehensively improving the student' s quality and training the innovation talented person have already become the main melody of my education. Ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standard proposed that the general goal of high school mathematics curriculum is to further improve the basic mathematics attainment of the students at nine-year compulsory education stage, so as to meet the needs of individual development and social progress .Mathematics education is one of the battle positions to implement all-around development, and mathematics observation is the foundation of mathematic study. Mathematics observation ability is the basic ability of cognition and starting point of mathematics thought, and it is the channel of information which the students gain from mathematics background material. Therefore, exploring how to train student's observation ability in mathematics teaching, and taking it as the breach piont to enhance student's mathematics achievement is one of the questions which mathematics curriculum must face. Through the fundamental research on observing ability, linking with the characteristic of teaching condition , the author aims at exploring the cultivate principle and implementation strategies of the high school students' mathematics observation ability. Based on the previous research on observation ability , this article states mathematics observation, mathematics observation ability with its component and quality , and analyzed the status of raising the students' mathematics observation ability in high school mathematics teaching .On the basis of it, the author divides mathematics observation ability into three levels and raises students' mathematics observation ability at three stages.As one kind of special ability, mathematics observation ability has the attribute of general ability ,and has its own characteristic as well. So, according to the principles which raising the general ability must follow, together with the special nature of mathematics discipline, as well as student's actual cognition level, the author proposes four basic principles: face overall principle, main body inquires into principle, proceeds in an orderly way principle and intuitionistic principle. What' s more, through the practice, combining the author' s experiences of training student' s mathematics observation ability for many years, the author summarizes the method and the way of raising high school student's mathematics observation ability,conclude five valuable points.
