In our glorious traditional culture,there is a kind of festival that can best represent the Chinese people,that is,Wushu.Chinese Wushu has a strong adaptability and distinct national style.In the era of quality education,the development of Wushu teaching has a strong significance of the times.It can sharpen students'will,enhance their physical function,improve their Wushu accomplishment and enrich the campus cultural life.Nowadays,the reform of basic education is in full swing,and the reform of school physical education is also being explored.The survival and development of traditional sports in the physical education classroom has aroused people's attention and thinking.However,in contemporary social life,due to the diversified development of culture,quite a number of students can not thoroughly understand the connotation of Wushu,Wushu teachers are relatively weak,teaching methods are too old,these problems seriously hinder the development of middle school Wushu.In the research of this subject,many common research methods,such as documentation,interview and mathematical statistics,are used to conduct in-depth investigation and Research on the establishment of Wushu courses,the allocation of teachers,students'understanding of Wushu and the resources of Wushu education in Fangxian rural junior middle schools.Understanding the development of Wushu in Fangxian rural junior middle schools and the difficulties facing the development of Wushu in schools,and put forward corresponding suggestions,so that Wushu in Fangxian rural junior middle schools can get better development.The research shows that the development of Wushu in Fangxian rural junior middle schools is facing severe challenges and difficulties:1.At present,the middle school teaching is laying the foundation for the middle school entrance examination,and Wushu teaching is the weakest link;2.The school leadership didn't realize the role of Wushu Teaching in promoting traditional culture;3.Students' interest in learning wushu is high and their cognition and demand for Wushu is correct,but the current Wushu teaching has not been recognized by students;4.The teaching method of Wushu is old and backward,the teaching content is dull and uninteresting,the interest is not strong,and the students have the rejection psychology;5.Wushu teachers are lack of professional training,which is difficult to meet the needs of teaching;6.The site facilities are not enough,and the students have more equipment and less equipment.According to the research results,this paper explores the factors that restrict the popularization and development of Wushu in Fangxian rural junior middle schools,and finds the ways and methods to solve them:1.Incorporate Wushu into the scope of the physical education examination of the high school entrance examination and the college entrance examination,and strengthen the leadership of schools and local governments to attach importance to the teaching of Wushu.2.Strengthen the construction of Wushu teachers and improve the level of Wushu teaching;3.Extensive publicity of Wushu culture,vigorously promote the "Wushu into campus" activities,to improve the awareness of middle school students about Wushu;4.Starting from the reality,we should standardize and increase the teaching materials of Wushu and enrich the teaching contents.5.Enriching the organizational forms of martial arts courses,reforming teaching methods and stimulating students'interest in martial arts;6.Desalinate Wushu Routines and Strengthen the Practical Application of Wushu;7.Increase the investment and construction of venues and equipment,and improve teaching facilities;8.Improve the examination and evaluation mechanism of Wushu and enrich extracurricular competitions and recreational activities.Promote the better development of Wushu in Fangxian rural junior high school,carry forward the spirit of Wushu,inherit Wushu culture,and promote Wushu to the world.
