Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Of Public Physical Education In Zhengzhou Higher Vocational Colleges

With the society's requirements for talents are getting higher and higher.In order to cultivate the comprehensive talents needed by the society,the country has carried out several optimization reforms to the education system,which has made a breakthrough in the development of China's overall education level,and higher vocational education is no exception.The teaching focus of higher vocational education in China is to train and deliver applied advanced skilled talents for the society.Among them,physical education is an important subject in higher vocational education.The teaching purpose of physical education is to cultivate students 'healthy bodies and promote students' comprehensive development of.However,due to its inherent shortcomings and the impact of external factors,the current situation of higher vocational physical education,especially public physical education,is not satisfactory.In order to promote the in-depth optimization of public physical education in vocational colleges,the author conducted a research and analysis of the current situation of public physical education in vocational colleges.Zhengzhou,as the capital city of Henan Province,has a total of 27 vocational colleges,19 public and 8 private.The author attempts to summarize the current deficiencies and make recommendations by investigating and analyzing the current state of public physical education in some vocational colleges in Zhengzhou,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of public physical education in vocational colleges in Zhengzhou,and to cultivate morality and wisdom.Quality,skilled personnel services for the comprehensive development of health,sports and beauty.This study is based on the analysis and analysis of the current state of public physical education in Zhengzhou higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of public physical education in higher vocational colleges.This article adopts research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method.Taking the current state of public physical education in eight vocational colleges in Zhengzhou as the research object,a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current state of public physical education in vocational colleges were conducted.The research content includes three main modules:the status quo of the curriculum setting system,the current status of physical education teachers,and the status of students' learning.The research results show that the main factors affecting public physical education in higher vocational colleges are:teachers,venue equipment,management system,school leaders'concept and importance,and five aspects of funding.Concluded as follow:1.The curriculum setting system of Zhengzhou vocational colleges does not show professional characteristics,the teaching content is traditional,and the types of courses are few;2.The traditional teaching model is not novel enough,the teaching method is teacher-led,more traditional,and ignores the initiative and personality development of students;3.There are various purposes for students to participate in physical education,and the way students evaluate cannot advance with the times;4.The team of teachers is relatively young,the teachers are in short supply,the tasks of teachers are heavy,and the venue equipment can not meet the requirements of student movements,that is,teachers.Aiming at the problems found in the research process,combined with the guiding ideology of the National Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Guidance Outline(Trial)for higher vocational(specialized)colleges,the following suggestions and optimization strategies are proposed:1.Combining the positioning of the development of higher vocational colleges and running schools Characteristics,clear goals of physical education courses in higher vocational colleges;2.Improve teaching model,establish a physical education curriculum system with characteristics of higher vocational colleges;3.Enrich teaching content,according to the learning needs of vocational college students and the nature of future work and Occupational characteristics require that vocational physical training be added to the teaching;4.Strengthen the training of sports teachers'professional abilities and comprehensive qualities,and systematically introduce sports talents from emerging projects;5.Improve the importance of school leaders on physical education,Increase investment in funds to improve the construction of stadiums and equipment.
