Biology is the study of species,behavior,structure and function,heredity and evolution,and the relationship between them and the environment.The curriculum standards for general high school biology(2017 edition)put forward new goals and requirements for high school biology,clearly put forward the core accomplishment of biology,and pointed out the importance of knowledge of the history of science.Therefore,this study investigates the current teaching situation of the history of biology science in senior high school,explores the specific problems existing in the teaching of the history of biology science in senior high school,puts forward corresponding solutions,and carries out practical research,hoping to provide relevant theoretical basis and practical reference for the teaching of the history of biology science in senior high school in the future.This study adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,experimental research and case analysis to investigate and practice the teaching of the history of biology science in senior high school.In the process of research,the author conducted questionnaires and interviews with some teachers and students of four high schools in jining city,where the school is located,and fully understood the teaching status of the history of biology science in high schools.According to the investigation,the existing problems mainly include the following aspects: teachers have difficulties in integrating the materials of the history of biology science;Teachers do not pay enough attention to the teaching of the history of biology science.Teachers have not developed enough teaching strategies for the history of biology science.Students are not interested in the history of biology science.Students have limited access to the history of biological science;Insufficient teaching time.Based on the analysis of the problem,the following solutions are put forward.Adopt diversified teaching strategies for the history of biological science;Broaden the approaches of teaching the history of biology science;To improve teachers' professional development and teaching ability of the history of biology science;Improve the teaching evaluation system.Combined with the proposed strategies,the author designs teaching cases and implements them in teaching practice.The practical results show that the teaching of history of biology science in biology class can improve students' achievement in biology to a certain extent,and effectively enhance the attraction of biology to students,which also has a positive impact onstudents' thinking ability and exploration consciousness.Finally,this paper analyzes and summarizes the above research,draws a conclusion and reflects on it.
