General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "the key to running a good ideological and political course lies in teachers' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,”and put forward new requirements for teachers' literacy in ideological and political courses.At the same time,with the new round of ideological and political curriculum reform in senior high school,the ability of ideological and political teachers is facing new requirements and challenges.Teachers' reflective ability in teaching is the core of teachers' ability.It is of great significance not only for teachers' own professional development,the cultivation of students' subject core accomplishment,but also for the reform of the new curriculum high school ideological and political course.Therefore,this article is analyzing the ideological and political course On the basis of the meaning and composition of teachers' reflective ability structure and the necessity of structural optimization,the main problems,causes and optimization strategies of teachers' reflective ability structure in ideological and political courses are further explored.The text is divided into three parts:The first part mainly expounds the meaning and elements of the reflective ability structure of ideological and political teachers,and probes into the necessity of optimizing the reflective ability structure of teaching,and puts forward that optimizing the reflective ability structure of ideological and political teachers is not only an inevitable requirement to improve the rationality of ideological and political teaching,but also an important motive force to promote teachers' professional development.The logical starting point of this paper is the analysis of the structure meaning and constituent elements of teachers' reflective ability in ideological and political teaching.The second part mainly studies and discusses the current ideological and political teachers teaching reflective ability structure problems and causes.There are mainly ideological and political teachers teaching reflective ability structure elements are not complete," short board "phenomenon prominent;level is not clear,limit the function of the structure to play;internal and external relations are not smooth,lack of interactive cycle and other problems.In view of the above problems,I think it is mainly due to the lack of teachers' and schools' understanding of the structure of teaching reflective ability;the need to strengthen the responsibility of teachers' education;and the lack of evaluation mechanism for teachers.The third part is aimed at the existing problems and causes,further explore the optimization strategy of teaching reflective ability structure,including:develop the teaching reflective power system,enhance the driving force of the ability structure optimization;perfect the teaching reflective energy system,consolidate the theoretical knowledge base;create a good reflective environment,promote the open renewal of reflective ability structure.
