The Quiet Class Floaters refers to the role of students who keep a certain distance between their intelligence and mood and the current cognitive task center for a long time,and continuously in a state of non participation,but do not affect or interfere with other students,teachers and teaching.Many of them even got better grades.No matter their grades are good or bad,because of their own non participation and non-interference,they are actively or passively isolated in the center of classroom,and they are gradually ignored by teachers and forgotten by students.The new era of classroom teaching reform emphasizes people-oriented,where "people" refers to every student,of course,also includes the Quiet Class Floaters.The first step of putting people first into the classroom teaching reform is to let every student really participate in the classroom teaching.Because the Quiet Class Floaters is far away from the classroom teaching center,it should be the focus and research object of the classroom teaching reform.On the basis of learning,draw on the experience of the existing research results,observing and reflecting on the students' classroom state,this paper defines the Quiet Class Floaters and makes a broad and narrow distinction according to their learning achievements.In this paper,the narrow sense of the Quiet Class Floaters,that is,the Quiet Class Floaters with better performance as the research object,and summed up their main characteristics:good grades,non participation,non-interference and dynamic situation.In addition,according to different dimensions,the author classifies the quiet classroom floater into ten types:spontaneous and intentional floater,explicit and implicit floater,continuous and intermittent floater,selective and general floater,endogenous and exogenous floater.The author makes a narrative study of Li Wan,Chen Yan and Yue Dong(all pseudonyms)who are three quiet classroom drifters from different regions and schools of different levels.By describing their classroom state,learning life,looking back on their experience of dissociation,narrating and displaying their dissociation experiences and voices,and combining the impression in the eyes of others,thinking about their quiet dissociation stories,understanding the specific significance of each story to their individual,and then exploring the educational enlightenment brought by each dissociation story.Based on the stories of three quiet floaters,the author finds that they are ignored,and they don't care about the changes of others(better or worse)or the evaluation of themselves,but in fact,their original heart has never changed,they are eager to get the attention of others,never give up themselves,care about the care of others,care about their own Growth and the future.Through reexamining the floating stories,this paper studies the reflection from the perspectives of the floaters,teaching,teachers(or parents),school class and education,and explores the possible path for the quiet floater to return to the classroom:from the perspective of the floater,through the dual perspectives of the participants and the onlookers,they can better understand themselves and achieve the goal of "knowing oneself,knowing the other" Objective;from the perspective of teaching,let the floater immerse in the classroom,so as to obtain the integrated experience,which can stimulate their interest in classroom teaching;from the perspective of teachers,under the premise of giving all students natural and equal love,pay attention to the emotional inclination of the floater,so that they can experience the attention and appreciation of teachers,so that they are willing to pour out their heart;from the perspective of school class,to build a class group or campus with humanistic care,to provide a receptive environment for the quiet floater,so that they can feel the temperature of the collective,so that they can return to the collective and truly integrate into the "big family";from the perspective of education,to regain the educational essence of "human is the purpose" can make education return to the true and pay attention to being human students themselves,not just scores,let students fully feel the warmth and love of education and get full development.
