Objective:Based on the measured body quiescent metabolic rate measured by K4b2 gas metabolism analyzer, the effects of resistance training and aerobic training at different intensities for 12 weeks on the quiet metabolic rate of the body were analyzed, and the effects of different training methods and training intensity on the quiet metabolic rate Differences,to determine the best exercise to improve quiet metabolic rate and exercise intensity. Methods:Sixty college students were enrolled as subjects. All students were randomly divided into high-intensity resistance training group,mid-strength resistance training group,high-intensity aerobic training group,medium-intensity aerobic training group and control group,Each group of 6 men and women,in strict accordance with the training program.Subjects in each group were subjected to different intensity resistance training(high intensity:80%1RM,medium intensity:60%1RM)and different intensity aerobic training(high intensity:80%HRmax,Moderate intensity:60%HRmax).The K4b2 gas metabolism analyzer was used to test the quiet metabolic rate of the subjects before and after the experiment. The paired sample T-test was used to compare the quiet metabolic rate before and after each group, and the independent sample T test was used to compare the quiet metabolic rate of each group.Results:1)There was a significant difference between the post-test value of the resting metabolic rate and the pre-test in the high-intensity resistance training group(P<0.01).2)There was a significant difference between the post-test value and the pre-test value of the quiet metabolic rate in the moderate-intensity resistance training group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference(P<0.01)between the measured value of the resting metabolic rate and the pre-measured value in the high-intensity aerobic training group.4)There was no significant difference between the post-test value and the pre-test value of the quiet metabolic rate in the moderate-intensity aerobic training group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the measured value of the quiet metabolic rate of the control group and the pre-measured value.6)After training, the quiet metabolic rate was measured. There was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the other training groups and the control group except that there was no significant difference between the moderate-intensity aerobic training group and the control group(P>0.05).7)Quiet metabolic rate after training:there was a significant difference between high-intensity resistance training group and moderate-intensity resistance training group(P<0.05);there was significant difference between high-intensity resistance training group and high-intensity aerobic training group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between high-intensity resistance training group and middle aerobic training group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between moderate-intensity resistance training group and high-intensity aerobic training group). There was a significant difference between the medium-intensity resistance training group and the moderate-intensity training group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the high-intensity aerobic training group and the moderate-intensity training group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long-term high-intensity resistance training(60%1RM/80%1RM)and high-intensity aerobic training(80%HRmax)helps to improve its quiet metabolic rate.At the same intensity level, resistance training is better than aerobic training in improving the quiet metabolic rate.In resistance training, the greater the training intensity, the more obvious the quiet metabolic rate.
