| Children's healthy and happy growth cannot be separated from the shared responsibilities of family,school and society.The training school for parents,as a working bridge connecting schools,families and society and promoting the formation of"three combinations" education network,is vital to improve parenting skills,optimize the environment for under-age growing up healthy and promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.Today in the 21st century,parents begin to attach importance to early childhood education and get to learn about scientific parenting.The Guiding Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of Parents' Schools issued by the Ministry of Education aims to require schools at all levels and types to pay attention to the training schools for parents,meet the needs of parents and relieve their anxiety in child-rearing.Currently those training schools for parents are springing up,with obvious achievements as well as various problems.For this reason,the author raised these research questions:What is the current situation of training schools for parents in kindergartens?What results have they been achieved?What are the problems?What have been the causes?What strategies can be used to solve the corresponding problems?To figure out the relevant situation of parents training schools and collect data for in-depth analysis,the author adopts these research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,interview etc.Among them,the respondents of the questionnaire survey are the parents of 15 kindergartens in Wuhan distributed in three age groups.The interviewees include both parents and kindergarten principals.The research studies the parents training schools,and is divided into four parts:ideology,education-related activities,organization and management,and back-ups,according to Wuhan Parents School Management Measures document.By adopting questionnaires and interviews,the author is able to get information of the schools'current situation and conduct in-depth analysis,then dig out the problems and strategies.Through the research,there are findings that most parents training schools in kindergartens have the shared campus with the kindergartens as well as hardware facilities,organization and leadership.Moreover,the diversity of parenting and parents'characteristics determines that the activities of those training schools are comprehensive and trivial,diverse and practical in forms.In the process of parents training activities,great achievements have also been seen,with the most direct and obvious one that parenting skills have been improved.Meanwhile,teachers' teaching and guiding skills have also been improved during the activities.It also has a positive impact on the co-education of kindergarten and family.Parents' resources are fully utilized,and eventually the children in the kindergarten get better education.According to the results of the questionnaires and interviews,the author concludes that parents have insufficient understanding of the training schools,and the contradictions between the content,form,frequency,schedule of activities and parents' needs.Therefore,the author puts forward improvement strategies,mainly through strengthening propaganda,optimizing organization and management,improving the quality of activities,using multimedia technology to serve those training schools.With the four-aspect,all-round,focused and specific improvement strategies,it is hopeful that the development of the kindergarten parents training schools can be seen.At the end of the article,the author makes conclusions and explains the innovative points of the research,which provides a reference for the research of kindergarten parents training schools and lays a foundation for development of them in real life. |
