The reform of the test system of recruitment for primary&junior high school teachers is a research subject with both theoretical value and practical significance.Primary and secondary school teachers carry out smoothly employment recruitment examination system for forging a qualified qualified primary and secondary school teachers team is extremely important,it not only arouses the initiative of primary and secondary school teachers'teaching,also improves the social status and treatment of primary and secondary school teachers,and thus improves the quality of the school teaching,the effective internal school personnel management system reform.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the test system of recruitment for primary&junior high school teachers.It can not only enrich the connotation of education and teaching research,but also broaden the research field of comparative education,deepen the nature of teachers' professional understanding and provide some theoretical support for the reform of personnel system of public institutions in China,and guide the education practice of primary and secondary schools.This paper attempts to explore the reform of the recruitment system of primary and secondary school teachers in our country through the overall analysis of the recruitment examination of the employment system of primary and secondary school teachers in Wuhan Development Zone.This is the innovation of the paper.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward in the paper are aimed at the problems found in the paper,which does not indicate that this is where all the problems are,paper on the reform of employment,Wuhan Development Zone as the research object,studies the development of Wuhan primary and secondary school teachers of choose and employ persons is the reform of the real background,Wuhan Development Zone of primary and secondary school teachers employment,implementation present situation investigation,including the development of Wuhan how to carry out employment,teachers and practical effects,points out problems existing in the employment of Wuhan Development Zone primary and secondary school teachers and the reasons,then put forward the development of Wuhan teacher employment,enlightenment,so as to provide feasibility reference for employment,reform of the system of teachers.This paper mainly uses the theory of job-matching theory,equity theory,talent evaluation theory in the theory of teacher recruitment,and adopts the methods of literature research,text analysis and interview.First of all,based on important domestic and foreign literature and advanced experience,combined with relevant domestic policies and interviews,a survey on the implementation status of the teacher employment system in Wuhan Development Zone is obtained,including how to implement the teacher employment system in Wuhan Development Zone and the actual implementation effect.Secondly,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the employment system of primary and secondary school teachers in Wuhan Development Zone:the salary of teachers is not in place;Unclear conditions for contract renewal;Unstable faculty of employment system;Schools are not engaged enough in recruitment.Finally,the paper analyzes the causes of the above problems.Based on this,the paper puts forward the optimization evaluation system,the examination way structure;Standardized proposition system and standardized test proposition;Reform the scoring system and modernize the error control;Raise the salary of teachers with reference to state-owned enterprises;Signing open-ended labor contracts ensures the stability of the teaching staff system of employment.The research on the employment system of teachers in primary and secondary schools started late,and the creation and improvement of the contract employment system has a long way to go.This study focuses on the above problems Based on the analysis of the survey results,this paper proposes the following countermeasures:optimizing the evaluation system,structuring the examination method;Standardized proposition system and scientific test proposition;Reform the scoring system and modernize the error control;Raise the salary of teachers with reference to state-owned enterprises;Signing open-ended labor contracts ensures the stability of the teaching staff.
